Abstract

Se refiere a un metodo donde el plomo se recupera de la pasta de plomo de una bateria de plomo-acido en un proceso continuo. La pasta de plomo entra en contacto con una base para generar un sobrenadante y un precipitado. El precipitado se separa del sobrenadante, y entra en contacto con un acido alcano sulfonico para generar una mezcla de solucion de iones de plomo y dioxido de plomo insoluble. El dioxido de plomo se reduce con un agente reductor para formar oxido de plomo, y el oxido de plomo se combina con la solucion de iones de plomo para formar una solucion combinada de ion de plomo para asi permitir un proceso continuo sin la acumulacion de dioxido de plomo. El plomo se recupera de la solucion combinada de ion de plomo a traves de la electrolisis
