一种海绵铅成型生产线,采用平台上固装龙门吊、集料斗和排板装置,集料斗的出料口经皮带输送机连接破碎机,破碎机的出料口处倾斜设置皮带输送机,皮带输送机的出口设置螺旋送料装置,螺旋送料装置的近旁设置成型压机,成型压机的出料处对应设置铅饼输送机;龙门吊吊挂镀铅阴极板,并剥离镀铅阴极板上的海绵铅;镀铅阴极板上由排板装置提供,海绵铅经破碎机粉碎后由皮带输送机送入螺旋送料装置的储料斗,经储料斗的底部出料口装入成型压机转盘上的凹模中,油缸杆端的压模将凹模中的海绵铅压制成铅饼,经气缸杆端的落料模推落到铅饼输送机上的方案,克服了现有人工作业劳动强度大,易铅中毒的缺陷。适用于将海绵铅制成铅饼及类似产品生产。

[0002] 再生铅阴极板经电解后剥离制成海绵铅,海绵铅必须经冶炼后成为工业用铅,由于海绵铅中含有很多水分,这些水分在冶炼前必须去除,目前现有的生产方式是:将电解后的阴极板吊到料斗上,由人工将附着在不锈钢架上的海绵铅敲落至料斗内,然后用铲将海绵铅铲入压力机上的模具内,经压力机压制去除水分后,做成海绵铅饼,然后拿去冶炼。由于敲料、铲料、铅饼搬下模具等工作都由人工进行,工人劳动强度大,工人长久工作容易发生铅中毒,且效率低下。同时由于海绵铅内压出的酸性电解液流到地上,对生产环境造成极大的污染。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的发明目的是提供一种全自动从电解铅阴极板剥离海绵铅,经脱水成型生产海绵铅饼的海绵铅成型生产线。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,一种海绵铅成型生产线,一种海绵铅成型生产线,它包括:平台上固装龙门吊、集料斗和排板装置,集料斗和排板装置设置在龙门吊的下方,集料斗的出料口水平设置皮带运输机,皮带运输机的出料口连接破碎机,破碎机的出料口处倾斜设置皮带输送机,皮带输送机的出口设置螺旋送料装置,螺旋送料装置的下方设置成型压机,成型压机的出料处对应设置铅饼输送机;所述龙门吊的顶部设置导轨,导轨与电动葫芦活动连接,电动葫芦下方的挂钩上设有吊挂电解铅阴极板的专用吊具;所述排板装置的支架上设有两链轮组,两链轮组之间由链条连接,链条上吊挂电解铅阴极板,在一链轮组上设有马达;所述螺旋送料装置的储料斗内设置螺旋输料器,储料斗的底部设有出料口 ;所述成型压机包括:电机固装在减速机的上端,减速机下端的输出轴上固装小齿轮,小齿轮与回转支撑的齿圈啮合,回转支撑上设置一组凹模,在凹模的上方经机架设置压力油缸,油缸的杆端设置压模头,在凹模的上方经机架设置顶出气缸,顶出气缸的杆端设置落料模。

[0009] 本发明采用平台上固装龙门吊、集料斗和排板装置,集料斗和排板装置设置在龙门吊的下方,集料斗的出料口经皮带输送机连接对辊破碎机,对辊破碎机的出料口处倾斜设置皮带输送机,皮带输送机的出口设置螺旋送料装置,螺旋送料装置的下方设置成型压机,成型压机的出料处对应设置铅饼输送机;龙门吊吊挂电解铅阴极板,用电动冲击器剥离铅阴极板上的海绵铅;铅阴极板由排板装置提供,海绵铅经对辊破碎机粉碎后由皮带输送机送入螺旋送料装置的储料斗,经储料斗底部的出料口装入成型压机廻转支撑上的凹模中,油缸杆端的压模将凹模中的海绵铅挤压出其中的电解液并压制成铅饼,压制出的电解液经管道送往储液池,而海绵铅饼经气缸杆端的落料模推落到铅饼输送机上的方案,克服了现有人工作业劳动强度大,容易发生铅中毒的缺陷。

具体实施方式
[0022] 由附图图1至图4所示,一种海绵铅成型生产线,包括:平台1上固装龙门吊2、集料斗3和排板装置4,集料斗3和排板装置4设置在龙门吊2的下方,集料斗3的出料口水平设置皮带运输机12,皮带运输机12的出料口连接破碎机5,破碎机5的出料口处倾斜设置皮带输送机6,皮带输送机6的出口设置螺旋送料装置7,螺旋送料装置7的下方设置成型压机8,成型压机8的出料处对应设置铅饼输送机9 ;龙门吊2的顶部设置导轨23,导轨 23与电动葫芦21活动连接,电动葫芦21下方的挂钩上设有吊挂电解铅阴极板的专用吊具 22 ;排板装置4的支架上设有两链轮组44,两链轮组44之间由链条43连接,链条43上吊挂电解铅阴极板,在一链轮组44上设有马达41 ;螺旋送料装置7的储料斗72内设置螺旋输料器71,储料斗72的底部设有出料口 73 ;成型压机8包括:电机83固装在减速机84的上端,减速机84下端的输出轴上固装小齿轮81,小齿轮81与回转支撑80的齿圈啮合,回转支撑80上设置一组凹模82,在凹模82的上方经机架设置压力油缸85,油缸85的杆端设置压模头86,在凹模82的上方经机架设置顶出气缸88,顶出气缸88的杆端设置落料模87。排板装置4的下方设有集液槽45。成型压机8的出料口设有轴流风机10,铅饼输送机9的尾部设有加热风扇11。回转支撑80的侧壁设有油缸定位机构89和电控定位机构。[0023] 本发明的工作过程为:采用专用挂具将电解后的阴极板从电解槽中吊至排板装置 4的链条43上,排板装置4的链条43上可吊放20件阴极板,在排板装置4的尾端设有电控限位装置,防止阴极板从前方跌落,排板装置4的下方设有集液槽45,汇集从阴极板掉落的电解液。
[0024] 通过排板装置4将阴极板送至龙门吊2下面。通过龙门吊2的电动葫芦21在导轨 23上运行,专用吊具22将阴极板吊至集料斗3上,集料斗3上设有3个海绵铅剥落工位,采用电动冲击器将海绵铅剥落,海绵铅通过集料斗3下部的开口落到水平设置的皮带运输机 12上,由皮带运输机12送至破碎机5,破碎机5将海绵铅破碎成3-5mm的颗粒,破碎后的海绵铅颗粒由倾斜安装的皮带输送机6送至螺旋送料装置7的储料斗72,海绵铅颗粒由储料斗72内的螺旋输料器71经出料口 73送至成型压机8的凹模82内。破碎机5采用对辊式破碎机。
[0025] 成型压机8上设置有12个模具工位。电机83经减速机84带动回转支撑80旋转, 12个凹模82随回转支撑80转动,在回转支撑80外圆上装有电控定位机构和油缸定位机构 89,电控定位装置对凹模82进行预定位,油缸定位装置89对凹模82进行精确定位,从而保证上下模的准确对正。当接收到模具精确定位的信号时,成型压机8的油缸85带动压模头 86下行,对凹模82中的海绵铅进行压制,当油缸85达到预定压力时,压模头86自动返回, 同时油缸定位机构89的定位头也从定位块中退出。接着电机83启动,带动凹模82进入下一个工位。在旋转凹模82的12个工位中,有2个工作工位,一个是压制工位,另一个是推出工位。压制好后的海绵铅饼经顶出气缸88上连接的落料模87从凹模82中推出铅饼,铅饼下落至铅饼输送机9上。
[0026] 在成型压机8的铅饼出口安装有轴流风机10,将残留在海绵铅饼上的水分吹落, 在铅饼输送机9的尾部,安装有工业用加热风扇11,将铅饼吹干。制成的海绵铅饼随着铅饼输送机9的移动落入转运器具中,转入下一道工序。

1. 一种海绵铅成型生产线,其特征在于它包括:平台(1)上固装龙门吊(2)、集料斗 (3 )和排板装置(4 ),集料斗(3 )和排板装置(4 )设置在龙门吊(2 )的下方,集料斗(3 )的出料口水平设置皮带运输机(12),皮带运输机(12 )的出料口连接破碎机(5 ),破碎机(5 )的出料口处倾斜设置皮带输送机(6),皮带输送机(6)的出口设置螺旋送料装置(7),螺旋送料装置(7)的下方设置成型压机(8),成型压机(8)的出料处对应设置铅饼输送机(9);所述龙门吊(2)的顶部设置导轨(23),导轨(23)与电动葫芦(21)活动连接,电动葫芦(21)下方的挂钩上设有吊挂电解铅阴极板的专用吊具(22);所述排板装置(4)的支架上设有两链轮组(44 ),两链轮组(44 )之间由链条(43 )连接,链条(43 )上吊挂电解铅阴极板,在一链轮组(44)上设有马达(41);所述螺旋送料装置(7)的储料斗(72)内设置螺旋输料器(71), 储料斗(72)的底部设有出料口(73);所述成型压机(8)包括:电机(83)固装在减速机(84) 的上端,减速机(84)下端的输出轴上固装小齿轮(81),小齿轮(81)与回转支撑(80)的齿圈啮合,回转支撑(80)上设置一组凹模(82),在凹模(82)的上方经机架设置压力油缸(85), 油缸(85)的杆端设置压模头(86),在凹模(82)的上方经机架设置顶出气缸(88),顶出气缸 (88)的杆端设置落料模(87)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵铅成型生产线,其特征在于所述排板装置(4)及皮带运输机(12)的下方设有集液槽(45)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵铅成型生产线,其特征在于所述成型压机(8)的出料口处设有轴流风机(10 ),铅饼输送机(9 )的尾部设有加热风扇(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵铅成型生产线,其特征在于所述回转支撑(80)的侧壁设有油缸定位机构(89)和电控定位机构。
