Abstract

Un material metalico se lamina para formar un material de placa en tira que tiene una parte media y porciones de desviacion de espesor mas delgadas sobre ambos lados de la parte media. Despues de eso, este material de placa en tira se dobla y se deforma en su direccion a lo ancho mediante formacion por laminacion, formando de esta manera una porcion doblada y deformada en la parte media. El metodo de procesamiento incluye un paso de laminacion y un paso de formacion por laminacion, que hacen posible que el material metalico se procese de una manera economica utilizando pasos relativamente simples. No se incluye un paso de templado, y por consiguiente, se obtiene un producto final excelente. De una manera particular, el paso de laminacion y el paso de formacion por laminacion, se realizan sucesivamente, de tal manera que la formacion por laminacion se puede realizar con una alta eficiencia utilizando el calor del procesamiento generado en el paso de laminacion. La porcion doblada y deformada es gruesa, y las porciones de desviacion de espesor son mas delgadas, lo cual contribuye a la reduccion en el peso de un producto final, mientras que se mantiene la misma resistencia que aquella de un producto convencional.
