Abstract

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the rolling production of thin strips. A method of manufacturing the thin strips for subsequent galvanizing includes hot rolling on mill 1700, etching of hot-rolled bars in continuous-etching lines with subsequent cutting of lateral edges and winding of etched strips in the rolls and cold rolling of thin strips. In this case, hot rolling of strips is carried out with acceleration, with leading-in speed 8.8 - 10 m/s, and the rate of rolling strips after acceleration is set 10.6 - 12.2 m/s. The temperature of the end of rolling is set not less than 820 DEGREE C, and the temperature of winding of hot-rolled strips - 620 - 680 DEGREE C, on the basic length of strip. The cold rolling of hot-rolled etched strips is performed on four-stand mill with following degree of deformation: first stand - 37.5 %, second stand - 35 %, third stand - 29.2 %, fourth stand - 17.4 %, total degree of deformation - 76.2 %. The invention allows to obtain rough stock for galvanizing of required thickness, and in this way to stabilize the operation of the installation of hot continuous galvanizing.
