Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA METáLICA, E, LINHA INDUSTRIAL CONTìNUA DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA DE CHAPA DE AçO". A invenção tem como objeto um processo de fabricação de uma tira metálica em uma linha contínua de tratamento que compreende uma estação de decapagem combinada com uma seção de laminação a frio. De acordo com a invenção, para se adaptar a uma modificação das tensões de exploração tal como a troca de bobina, faz-se a velocidade de laminação variar em uma ampla faixa, que vai até menos de 1m/min e a laminação a frio é realizada em no máximo três passes entre cilindros de trabalho cujo diâmetro é suficientemente reduzido para que, no conjunto da dita ampla faixa de variação de velocidade, a força de laminação a aplicar permaneça compatível, com as possibilidades de regulação de espessura do produto, levando-se em consideração as características desse último.
