Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la regeneración enzimática de los cofactores redox NAD+/NADH y NADP+/NADPH en una reacción en un reactor, en donde, como resultado de por lo menos dos reacciones redox catalizadas enzimáticamente adicionales que proceden en el mismo lote de reacción (reacciones de formación de producto), el cofactor redox NAD+/NADH se acumula en su forma reducida como NADH y, el cofactor redox NADP+/NADPH en su forma oxidada como NADP+, el proceso está caracterizado porque: a) en la reacción regeneración la cual convierte el NADH en su forma oxidada original, el oxígeno o piruvato se reduce por medio de una NADH oxidasa o un lactato deshidrogenasa, respectivamente, y b) en la reacción de regeneración, la cual reconvierte el NADP+ en su forma reducida original se oxida 2-propanol o malato por medio de una alcohol deshidrogenasa o un malato deshidrogenasa, respectivamente.
