Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ketonen durch enzymatische Oxidation von Alkanen, bei dem man diese Alkane in Gegenwart einer Monooxygenase, einer Alkoholdehydrogenase und eines für beide Enzyme geeigneten Cofaktors in einem wässrigen Reaktionsmedium in Gegenwart von molekularem Sauerstoff umsetzt.
