Abstract
Procedimiento para la regeneración enzimática de los cofactores redox NAD⁺/NADH y/o, en particular, NADP⁺/NADPH en una reacción de un solo lote, en donde como resultado de al menos otras dos reacciones redox enzimáticamente catalizadas que tienen lugar en el mismo lote de reacción (= reacciones de formación de producto), uno de los cofactores redox se acumula en su forma reducida y el otro su forma oxidada, caracterizado porque, a) en la reacción de regeneración que convierte el cofactor reducido en su forma original oxidada se reduce oxigeno o un compuesto de la fórmula general R¹C(O)COOH y b) en la reacción de regeneración que convierte el cofactor oxidado a su forma original reducida, se oxida un compuesto de la formula general R²CH(OH)R³, teniendo R¹, R² y R³ distintos significados. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento de regeneración enzimática de factores redox NAD⁺/NADH y/o, en particular NADP⁺/NADPH en una reacción en lote único y dando como resultado al menos otras dos reacciones redox enzimáticamente catalizadas adicionales que tienen lugar en el mismo lote de reacción (reacciones de formación de productos), uno de los dos cofactores redox se acumula en forma reducida y respectivamente el otro en su forma oxidada, caracterizado porque a) en la reacción de regeneración que reconvierte el cofactor reducido en su forma oxidada original, oxígeno o un compuesto de la formula general (1) en donde R¹ representa un grupo alquilo C₁₋₄ o un grupo carboxialquilo C₁₋₄ de una cadena lineal o ramificada es reducido, y b) en la reacción de regeneración que reconvierte el factor oxidado a su forma originalmente reducida se oxida un cicloalcanol C₄₋₈ o un compuesto de la formula general (2) en donde R² y R³ se seleccionan independientemente del grupo que comprende H, alquilo C₁₋₆, donde alquilo es una cadena lineal o ramificada, alquenilo C₁₋₆ en donde alquenilo es de cadena lineal o ramificada y comprende una a tres dobles ligaduras, arilo, particularmente arilo C₆₋₁₂, carboxilo, o carboxialquilo C₁₋₄, particularmente también cicloalquilo, por ejemplo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈.
