Abstract

En una realización, la presente se refiere a una composición catalizadora que comprende vanadio, titanio; y por lo menos un aditivo óxido. Por lo menos un aditivo óxido está presente en una cantidad de por lo menos 0,1% en peso en base al peso total de la composición catalizadora. La relación molar de titanio con el aditivo de metal en una fase activa de la composición catalizadora es por lo menos 0,05:1.Reivindicación 29: Un proceso para producir una composición catalizadora, en donde el proceso comprende: disolver por lo menos un aditivo óxido y ácido fosfórico para formar una solución aditiva que comprende por lo menos 0,04% en peso aditivo óxido; agregar un precursor de titanio y un precursor de vanadio a la solución aditiva para formar una mezcla de precursor de catalizador; y secar la mezcla de precursor de catalizador para formar una composición catalizadora no soportada que comprende: vanadio; titanio; y por lo menos un aditivo óxido en una cantidad de por lo menos 0,1% en peso; en donde la relación molar de aditivo óxido con respecto a titanio en una fase activa de la composición catalizadora es por lo menos 0,05:1.
