Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a medios de cultivo celular que comprenden derivados de éster inorgánico de tirosina y/o cisteína. La pobre solubilidad de la tirosina y la estabilidad con frecuencia no suficiente de la cisteína en medios de cultivo celular es superada sustituyéndola con un derivado de éster inorgánico, por ejemplo con un derivado fosforilado. Un proceso de alimentación por lotes caracterizado porque el medio de alimentación comprende al menos un derivado de éster inorgánico de tirosina en una concentración entre 10 y 30mmol/L.
