Abstract
Se refiere a medios de cultivo celular que comprenden derivados de éster inorgánicos de tirosina y/o cisteína. La pobre solubilidad de tirosina y la a veces no suficiente estabilidad de cisteína en medios de cultivo celular se supera sustituyéndolos con un derivado de éster inorgánico, por ejemplo, con un derivado fosforilado. Reivindicación 4: Medio de cultivo celular de acuerdo con una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el derivado de éster inorgánico de tirosina es ácido (S)-2-amino-3-(4-fosfonooxi-fenil)-propiónico o sus sales. Reivindicación 5: Medio de cultivo celular de acuerdo con una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el derivado de éster inorgánico de tirosina es sal disódica de ácido (S)-2-amino-3-(4-fosfonooxi-fenil)-propiónico.
