Abstract
La presente se refiere a medios de cultivo celular que comprenden derivados de éster inorgánicos de tirosina y/o cisteína. La pobre solubilidad de tirosina y la a veces no suficiente estabilidad de cisteína en medios de cultivo celular se supera sustituyéndolos con un derivado de éster inorgánico, por ejemplo, con un derivado fosforilado. Reivindicación 1: Medio de cultivo celular caracterizado porque comprende ácido (S)-2-amino-3-sulfosulfanil-propiónico o sus sales. Reivindicación 8: Proceso para cultivar células, caracterizado porque comprende a) proporcionar un biorreactor, b) mezclar las células por cultivar con un medio de cultivo celular de acuerdo con una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, c) incubar la mezcla de la etapa b).
