Abstract
Una dispersión sólida pro-apoptótica comprende, en forma esencialmente no cristalina, un compuesto de la Fórmula I inhibidor de proteínas de la familia de Bcl-2 como se define en la presente solicitud, disperso en una matriz sólida que comprende (a) un vehículo polimérico soluble en agua farmacéuticamente aceptable y (b) un agente tensoactivo farmacéuticamente aceptable. Un procedimiento para preparar dicha dispersión sólida comprende disolver el compuesto, el vehículo polimérico y el agente tensoactivo en un solvente apropiado, y retirar el solvente para proveer una matriz sólida que comprende el vehículo polimérico y el agente tensoactivo y que tiene el compuesto disperso en forma esencialmente no cristalina en la misma. La dispersión sólida es apropiada para administración oral a un individuo en necesidad de lo mismo para tratamiento de una enfermedad caracterizada por sobreexpresión de una o más proteínas de la familia de Bcl-2 anti-apoptóticas, por ejemplo cáncer.
