Abstract
La presente invención refiere a un método de tratamiento de una solución de lixiviación derivada de una masa negra de baterías de iones de litio gastadas que comprende el ajuste del pH de la solución de lixiviación a aproximadamente pH 1,2 a 2,5, la adición de polvo de hierro para inducir la cementación de cobre, la adición de cal después de la cementación de cobre y, después de la adición de cal, la transición del pH de la solución de lixiviación a aproximadamente pH 6 para extraer fluoruro de calcio, hidróxido de titanio, hidróxido de aluminio, hidróxido de hierro y fosfato de hierro. Asimismo, la presente invención refiere a un sistema de reciclado de masa negra que comprende un reactor de remoción de impurezas configurado para recibir una alimentación de hidróxido de sodio, una alimentación de polvo de hierro y una alimentación de cal.
