Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para producir de manera eficiente y establemente partículas de óxido tipo núcleo-cubierta en donde la superficie completa de las partículas de óxido de núcleo se recubre uniformemente con el óxido de cubierta. El método comprende al menos dos pasos de: Paso 1 para precipitar las partículas de óxido de núcleo en un fluido mezclado preparado al mezclar un líquido de materia prima de óxido para el núcleo y un solvente de precipitación de óxido y el Paso 2 para recubrir la superficie completa de las partículas de óxido de núcleo uniformemente con el óxido de cubierta al mezclar el fluido mezclado y un líquido de materia prima de óxido para cubierta. (A) Al menos los Pasos 1 y 2 se llevan a cabo continuamente entre al menos dos superficies de procesamiento 1 y 2 que son capaces de aproximarse a y separarse entre sí, al menos una de las cuales gira con respecto a la otra; (B) después del Paso 1, el Paso 2 se completa dentro de un tiempo prescrito durante el cual las partículas de óxido de núcleo no se agregan en el efluido mezclado; o (C) el Paso 1 y el Paso 2 se controlan para que el diámetro de partícula primario de las partículas de óxido tipo núcleo-cubierta sea 190% o menos con respecto al diámetro de partícula primario de las partículas de óxido de núcleo.
