Abstract
아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인-함유 가스를 고정상 다튜브형 반응기내에서 분자 산소와 기체상 산화시킴으로써 아크릴산을 제조하는 방법에 대한 개량으로서, 촉매내의 핫 스폿(hot spot)의 발생 또는 촉매의 핫 스폿에서 의 열축적을 억제함으로써 아크릴산을 고 수율로 제조할 수 있는 신규의 방법이 제공된다. 이 방법은 각각의 반응기 튜브내에 2종 이상의 상이한 부피의 촉매 입자를 충진하여, 촉매층의 위치가 튜브의 원료 가스 입구쪽으로부터 원료가스 출구 쪽으로 변화됨에 따라 촉매 입자의 부피가 작아지는 방식으로, 튜브의 축 방향에서 다수의 촉매층을 형성하는 것으로 구성되며, 상기 각각의 촉매 입자는 활성 성분으로서 적어도 Mo 및 V를 함유하는 산화 화합물을 포함한다.

Claims (2)
- 아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인-함유가스를 고정상 다튜브형 반응기내에서 분자 산소 또는 분자 산소-함유 가스와 기체상 촉매 산화반응시킴으로써 아크릴산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매층의 위치가 튜브의 원료가스 입구쪽으로부터 원료 가스 출구 쪽으로 변화됨에 따라 촉매 입자의 부피가 작아지는 방식으로, 각각의 반응기 튜브내에 2종 이상의 상이한 부피의 촉매 입자를 충진하여, 튜브의 축 방향에서 다수의 촉매층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 각각의 촉매입자는 활성 성분으로서 하기 화학식(1)로 표시되는 산화 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조방법.MoaVbWcAdBeCfDgOh(1)(상기 식에서, Mo는 몰디브덴; V는 바나듐; W는 텅스텐; A는 안티몬 및 주석에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 ; B는 구리 및 철에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소; C는 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬 및 바륨에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소; D는 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 세륨에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소; O는 산소를 나타내고 ; a,b,c,d,e,f,g,및 h는 각각 Mo, V,W,A,B,C,D, 및 0의 원자수를 나타내며; a 가 12일때 2≤b≤14, 0≤c≤12, 0≤d≤5, 0≤e≤6, 0≤f≤3, 0≤g≤10이고, h는 산소 이외의 원소의 산화 상태에 의해 결정된 값이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 촉매층에 충진된 촉매 입자의 부피 대 앞의 촉매층의 하류쪽에 위치한 촉매층에 충진된 촉매 입자의 부피 비가 1.2/1내지 27/1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
