Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO CATALìTICA EM FASE GASOSA E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE (MET) ACROLEìNA OU áCIDO (MET) ACRìLICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a oxidação catalítica em fase gasosa para conduzir a reação de oxidação catalítica em fase gasosa que usa um reator do tipo multitubo de leito fixo que tem tubos de reação cheios com um catalisador enquanto se alimenta um gás bruto de reação, o catalisador sendo posto para encher cada um dos tubos da reação do reator do tipo multitubo de leito fixo para formar duas ou mais camadas de catalisador que têm atividades catalíticas diferentes uma da outra em uma direção da reação de oxidação e a camada de catalisador disposta mais próxima a uma entrada de gás bruto de reação do tubo da reação que tem uma atividade catalítica mais alta do que aquela da próxima camada de catalisador adjacente à mesma ou a um processo para a produção de (met) acroleína ou ácido (met) acrílico sujeitando-se uma matéria-prima da (met) acroleína ou do ácido (met) acrílico e oxigênio molecular ou um gás que contém oxigênio molecular à reação de oxidação catalítica em fase gasosa que usa um reator do tipo multitubo de leito fixo que tem duas ou mais camadas de catalisador dispostas em uma direção axial de cada um dos tubos da reação fornecidos ao reator, em que uma diferença entre os picos máximo e mínimo de temperaturas da reação das respectivas camadas de catalisador na direção axial do tubo da reação não é mais do que 20<198>C. De acordo com estes processos, pode ser evitada com eficiência a formação de pontos quentes no catalisador.
