Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE áCIDO (MET) ACRìLICO OU (MET) ACROLEìNA A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir (mat) acroleína ou ácido (met) acrílico, compreendendo a realização de reação de oxidação catalítica em fase vapor de propileno, propano, isobutileno ou met (acroleína) com a utilização de oxigênio molecular ou gás contendo oxigênio molecular na presença de um catalisador de óxido composto por meio de um reator multitubular apresentando tubos de reações múltiplas carregados com o catalisador, de forma que (met) acroleína ou ácido (met) acrílico podem ser obtidos com alto rendimento estavelmente por prolongado período de tempo sem diminuição local (desigualmente distribuído) estrema de atividade catalítica. é fornecido um processo em que, em um estágio inicial de operação, a diferença entre a temperatura do meio de aquecimento a temperatura de pico de catalisador é ajustada para 20 a 80<198> e em que durante a operação, qualquer mudança de temperatura de pico (T) de catalsador na direção de eixo de tubo é regulada de modo permanecer dentro de uma dada faixa.
