Abstract
(1) В способе газофазного каталитического окисления для проведения реакции газофазного каталитического окисления с использованием многотрубного реактора с неподвижным слоем, имеющего реакционные трубы, заполненные катализатором, при подаче в них исходного реакционного газа катализатор заполняет каждую из реакционных труб многотрубного реактора с неподвижным слоем с образованием двух или более каталитических слоев, имеющих отличающиеся друг от друга каталитические активности, в направлении реакции окисления, и каталитический слой, расположенный наиболее близко к впуску исходного реакционного газа реакционной трубы, имеет более высокую каталитическую активность, чем каталитическая активность следующего каталитического слоя, смежного с ним, или (2) в способе получения (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты, в котором исходный материал (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты и молекулярный кислород или газ, содержащий молекулярный кислород, подвергают реакции газофазного каталитического окисления с использованием многотрубного реактора с неподвижным слоем, имеющего два или более каталитических слоев в осевом направлении каждой из реакционных труб, предусмотренных в реакторе, разность между максимальной и минимальной пиковыми реакционными температурами соответствующих каталитических слоев в осевом направлении реакционной трубы составляет не более 20°C. В соответствии с указанными способами образование горячих зон в катализаторе может быть эффективно предотвращено.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
