Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO PARCIAL DE PROPENO A áCIDO ACRìLICO EM FASE GASOSA". A invenção refere-se a um método para a oxidação em fase gasosa parcial heterogeneamente catalisada de propeno para formar ácido acrílico. De acordo com o referido método, a mistura de partida da reação com uma carga de propeno < 169 NI/I. h é oxidada em um primeiro estágio de reação em um material de alimentação de catalisador de leito fixo (1), que está localizado em duas zonas de reação sucessivas A, B, e a mistura de gás do produto a partir do primeiro está io contendo acroleína é subseqüentemente oxidada em um segundo estágio de reação em um material de alimentação de catalisador de leito fixo (2), que está localizado em duas zonas de reação sucessivas C, D. De acordo com o referido método, a temperatura mais alta do gás de reação na zona A está acima da temperatura mais alta da mistura do gás de reação na zona B e a temperatura mais alta da mistura do gás de reação na zona de reação C está acima da temperatura mais alta da mistura do gás de reação na zona D.
