Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA OXIDAR PARCIALMENTE ACROLEìNA A áCIDO ACRìLICO EM FASE GASOSA". A invenção refere-se a um método para a oxidação em fase gasosa parcial heterogeneamente catalisada de acroleína para formar ácido acrílico, pelo qual a mistura inicial do gás de reação é oxidada em um leito de catalisador de leito fixo, que consiste de pelo menos duas zonas de leito de catalisador de leito fixo e está disposta em duas zonas de temperatura sucessivas A e B, em que a transição da zona de temperatura A para a zona de temperatura B não coincide com uma transição de uma zona de leito de catalisador de leito fixo para outra zona de leito de catalisador de leito fixo.
