Abstract
알루미늄 도금 강판을 용접하여 탱크 등을 제조할 경우에, 도장(塗裝)의 후처리공정이 불가결하여 내면측의 내식성(耐食性)에 문제가 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 양면이 알루미늄으로 도금된 알루미늄 도금 강판으로 된 상하 한쌍의 반각체(半殼體)(2,3)의 주변 플랜지부(2a,3a)를 용접하여 연료 탱크(1)를 제조함에 있어, 한쪽의 플랜지부(3a)에 계단부(d)를 마련하고, 이 계단부(d)에 의하여 형성된 틈부분으로 향하여 레이저 광을 조사하여 용접한다. 그리고, 겹쳐 맞추어진 면폭(대향면측)에서 발생하는 Al 등의 불요 성분을 상기 틈으로 도피시켜, 용접부(y)에 혼입되는 Al 등의 양을 저감시켜 용접 강도의 향상을 도모한다.

Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 도금 강판으로 된 한쌍의 반각체(半殼體)를 레이저 비임으로 접합하여 연료 탱크를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 도금 강판으로 된 연료 탱크의 제조방법.
- 겹쳐 맞추어진 알루미늄 도금 강판을 레이저 비임으로 용접하는 레이저 용접방법에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 도금 강판의 대향면측으로 상기 레이저 비임이 집중하는 부분의 주위에, 용접부에서 발생하는 불요 성분을 도피시키는 틈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 도금 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 틈은, 겹쳐 맞추어진 알루미늄 도금 강판중 한쪽에 계단부를 형성함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 도금 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용접방법은 탱크 등의 용기의 제조방법에 적용되며, 또한, 상기 틈은, 용기의 내측으로 향하여 개방되거나 외측으로 향하여 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 도금 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 겹쳐 맞추어진 알루미늄 도금 강판을 레이저 비임으로 용접한 용접체에 있어서, 상기 용접체의 용접부의 용융 금속중의 Al의 비율이 0.65w1% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 도금 강판의 레이저 용접체.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
