제2도는 본 발명에 따라 사용된 용접선을 따라 취해진 설비의 부분도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 T용접으로 구체화된 완전용접의 구조도.
Claims (8)
- 고에너지 레이저빔은 금속플레이트에 의해 집속되어 접착지역에서부터 플레이트의 다른 측에서 관계하는 것을 따라 이동되는 것에서 플레이트에 접착하거나 인접하는 하부부착부재와 금속플레이트를 용접하는 방법에 있어서, 가스공급은 형성된 프라즈마를 부분적으로 한정하도록 공급되어서, 접속된 빔은 플레이트와 하부부재의 금속을 용융시켜 응고에 의하여 용접성이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 플레이트는 두께가 3 내지 25㎜인 철플레이트이고 레이저는 5 내지 25Kw인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 플레이트와 하부부착부재간의 관계는 T용접의 관계이고 T용접은 하부 플레이트의 단면으로 넘어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제3항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 세개의 용접선이 사용되는데, 중앙선은 단면으로 넘어가는 용접을 한정하고 다른 두선은 단면으로 부분적으로 넘어가는 용접을 한정하고 내부코너에서 부분적으로 볼 수 있는 중앙선의 양측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 플레이트는 하부 부착부재상에서 형성된 립에 하나이상의 용접층으로 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 두개의 오버랩 플레이트는 하나이상의 용접층으로 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 두께가 2 내지 15㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.
- 선행된 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 최소한 부분으로 용접구조를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔을 이용한 금속용접방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
