제1도 내지 제4도는 본 발명의 여러가지 실시예에 의하여 상호 다른 두께를 갖는 두개의 강편이 각각 상이한 형태로 용접되는 것을 보인 것으로,
제1도는 두개의 강편의 표면이 용접부측과 일치되는 상태의 단면도,
제2도는 두개의 강편의 표면이 용접부 반대측에 일치되고 그 용접부의 저면에 냉각 부재가 설치된 상태를 보인 단면도,
제3도는 두개의 강편 중 두께가 얇은 강편의 단부를 상대측 강편의 단부중앙에 접촉시켜 용접하는 상태를 보인 단면도,
제4도는 두개의 강편 중 두께가 두꺼운 강편의 단부 상·하측을 상대측 강편의 단부와 대략일치되게 절삭 가공하여 용접하는 상태를 보인 단면도,
제5도의 (가)는 본 발명의 용접방법에 의하여 용접된 본 발명 성형부품의 사시도, (나)는 제5도(가)의 A-A선 단면도.
Claims (11)
- 용접된 상이한 두께의 강편, 특히 최소한 한면에 아연과 같은 금속 부식장치 보호면을 갖는 강편으로부터 프레싱 또는 다이프드로윙에 의하여 성형부품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상이한 두께의 평강편을 충전재를 첨가하지 않고 레이저비임으로 버트용접한 다음 프레싱 또는 다이프드로윙에 의하여 한 유니트로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강편들이 서로 다른 두께를 가진 강편의 한 표면으로부터 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 더 두꺼운 강편이 더 큰 비율의 용접 범위를 차지하도록 레이저비임을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 용접이 수행될 때 용접비임이 강편의 표면에 경사각을 이루고 레이저비임방향의 한쪽이 더 두꺼운 강편의 노출된 단면쪽으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 레이저비임이 노출된 단부와 더 두꺼운 강편 표면사이의 융합부로부터 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스쿠숀 특히 불활성 가스가 최소한 용융액상 중 용접합부위의 강편 저면에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 용접한 상이한 두께의 강편 특히, 최소한 한쪽면에 아연과 같은 금속부식 방지 보호면을 갖는 강편의 성형부품에 있어서, 강편들이 레이져비임버트용접방법에 의하여 서로 접합되고 한 유니트로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형부품의 한쪽면에 있는 강편의 표면이 동일평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단부와 돌출된 강편 표면사이의 융합부가 용접부위 외곽에 위치되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 더 두꺼운 강편에 더 큰 비율의 용접 범위를 차지하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용접부가 한 강편 단부의 노출부분과 다른 상이한 두께의 강편 표면 사이에 있는 융합부에 홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
