Abstract

폴리카르본산계 중합체로서, 그 분자량 분포를 특정함으로써 슬럼프 유지 성능과 감수 성능이 우수한 시멘트 분산제, 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 조성물을 제공한다. 중량평균분자량이 겔퍼미에이션 크로마토 그래피에 의한 폴리에틸렌 글리콘 환산으로 10,000~500,000의 범위내에 있으며, 또한 중량평균분자량으로부터 피크톱 분자량을 뺀 값이 0~8,000인 폴리카르본산계 중합체로 이루어진다.

시멘트 분산제와 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 시멘트 조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 시멘트 분산제(2)와 비교 시멘트 분산제(7)의 중량평균분자량을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 폴리카르본산계 중합체 (A) 또는 그 염을 주성분으로 하는 시멘트 분산제로서, 상기 중합체 (A)의 중량평균 분자량이 겔퍼미에이션 크로마토그래피에 의한 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 환산으로 10,000~500,000의 범위내에 있으며, 또한 중량 평균 분자량으로부터 피크톱 분자량을 뺀 값이 0~8,000임을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카르본산계 중합체(A)가 하기 화학식(1):
    (단, 식 중 R1은 수소 혹은 메틸기를 나타내며, R2O는 탄소수 2~4의 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종 이상인 경우에는 블록상 혹은 랜덤상으로 부가해도 무방하며, R3은 수소 또는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균 부가 몰수를 나타내는 값으로 1~100의 정수를 나타낸다.)로 나타내어지는 (알콕시)폴리알킬렌글리콜 모노 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체 (a) 5~98중량%, 하기 화학식(2):
    (단, 식 중 R4은 수소 혹은 메틸기를 나타내며, M1은 수소, 1가 금속, 2가 금속, 암모늄기 또는 유기아민기를 나타낸다)로 나타내어지는 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체 (b)95-2중량%, 및 이들 단량체와 공중합 가능한 다른 단량체 (c) 0~50중량%(단, (a), (b) 및 (c)의 합계는 100중량%)를 공중합하여 얻어지는 시멘트 분산제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (알콕시)폴리알키렌 글리콜 모노 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체(a)가 (메톡시)폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노 (메타)아크릴레이트이며, 상기 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(b)가 (메타)아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(A)의 시멘트 입자에의 흡착율이 시멘트에 대해서 0.2중량% 첨가했을 때, 실온하 5분간에 60% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(A)의 시멘트 입자에의 흡착율이 시멘트에 대해서 0.2중량% 첨가했을 때, 실온하 5분간에 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제.
  6. 불포화 카르본산계 단량체를 필수 성분으로 하는 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)의 사용량이 사용하는 원료의 전량에 대해서 10~28중량%의 범위내이며, 중합 온도가 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)의 흐림점 이하의 온도이며, 또한 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)의 중화율이 0~20몰%의 범위내의 조건에서 이 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)을 물을 포함하는 반응 용기에 적하함으로써 중합 반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제의 제조방법.
  7. 불포화 카르본산계 단량체를 필수성분으로 하는 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)의 중화율이 0~20몰%의 범위내이고, 또한 이 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)을 미리 연쇄이동제와 혼합한 후에 물을 포함하는 반응 용기에 적하함으로써 중합 반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분산제의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물(Ⅰ)이 하기 화학식(1):
    (단, 식 중 R1은 수소 혹은 메틸기를 나타내며, R2O는 탄소수 2~4의 옥시알킬렌기의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 나타내며, 2종 이상인 경우에는 블록상 혹은 랜덤상으로 부가해도 무방하며, R3은 수소 또는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 옥시알킬렌기의 평균 부가 몰수를 나타내는 값으로 1~100의 정수를 나타낸다.)로 나타내는 (알콕시)폴리알킬렌글리콜 모노 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 단량체 (a) 5~98중량%, 하기 화학식 (2):
