폴리알킬 메타크릴레이트 매크로단량체의 제조방법 및 코움 중합체 제조시의 이의 용도

Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(II)의 단량체성 에스테르와 일반식(III)의 하이드록실 그룹-말단 폴리알킬 메타크릴레이트를 에스테르 교환반응시킴으로써, 알코올, HOR3(여기서, R3은 후술될 바와 같다)를 제거하여 일반식(I)의 화합물을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 매크로단량체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸이고; R2는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 알킬 그룹이며; R3는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬 그룹이고; X은 2가 라디칼 그룹이며; n 및 n′는 매트로단량체(I)의 분자량을 500 내지 100,000 달톤(Dalton)이 되게 하는 수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르 교환반응을 오르토티탄산 에스테르 촉매의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 이소프로필 티타네이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단량체(III)의 단위량에 대해 단량체(II)를 1.5 내지 1,000몰 과량으로 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 반응 매질 중의 촉매량이 화합물(II)를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 5중량% 범위인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 매크로단량체를 일반식(VI)의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르와 공중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 코음 중합체(comb polymer)를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R′1은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R′2는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 알킬 그룹이며, R1,R2,X 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 공중합반응을 벌크 중합반응 또는 용액 중합반응으로서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 중합반응을 개시제 0.01 내지 0.5중량%의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 매크로단량체 10 내지 90중량부를 단량체(VI) 90 내지 10중량부와 반응시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 매크로단량체(I) 15 내지 50중량부를 단량체(VI) 50 내지 85중량부와 반응시키는 방법.
