Abstract

본 발명은 (A) (1) 하이드록시-작용기 또는 하이드록시 작용기로 전환될 수 있는 그룹을 포함하는 하나 이상의 아크릴계 단량체, (2) 임의의 성분으로, 하나 이상의 다른 부가 중합가능한 단량체, 및 (3) 카르바메이트 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물을 제거하는 단계; 및 (B) 상기 혼합물을 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 에스테르교환반응 촉매의 존재하에서 가열하여,카르바메이트-작용성 아크릴계 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 카르바메이트-작용성 아크릴계 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (A) (1) 하이드록시-작용기 또는 하이드록시 작용기로 전환될 수 있는 그룹을 포함하는 하나 이상의 아크릴계 단랑체, (2) 임의의 성분으로, 하나 이상의 다른 부가 중합가능한 단량체, 및 (3) 카르바메이트 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물을 제조하는 단계: 및 (B) 상기 혼합물을 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 에스테르교환반응 촉매의 존재하에서 가열하여, 카르바메이트-작용성 아크릴계 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 특징으로 하여 카르바메이트-작용성 아크릴계 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 카르바메이트 화합물이 알킬 카르바메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르바메이트 화합물이 하기 식의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
    R1-O-(C=0)-NHR2
    상기 식에서, R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬이고, R2는 H, 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 시클로알킬, 또는 치환 또는 비치환원 아릴기이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A) (1) 성분이 하기 식의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
    상기 식에서, R3은 H 또는 CH3이고, R4는 탄소 원자수 1~8의 알킬 또는 아릴 이다.
  5. 제4항에 어서, 상기 R4가 탄소 원자수 1~4의 알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A) (2) 성분이 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아크릴레이트, 메타크린레이트 및 스티렌 단량체 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화 촉매가 유기금속성 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 개시제가 퍼옥시드 및 아조 화합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(B)가 혼합물을 100℃ 내지 140℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
