Claims (46)
- 중합조건하에서 하나 이상의 단량체를⒤ 하기구조식(3)으로 나타낸(R1)3MZ와 (ⅱ)플루오로화, 시안화, 아지드화 또는 이플루오르화 이온의 공급원 또는 적당한 루이스산인 공동촉매와 접촉시키므로써 하기구조식(1),(2) 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정된 단량체를 중합하여 하나 이상의 단량체의 반복 단위체를 갖는 “살아있는”중합체를 제조하는 방법.

- 상기식에서,
- X는 -CN, -CH=CHC(O)X' 또는 -C(O)X'이고;
- Y는 -H. -CH3, -CN 또는 -CO2R이며(단, X가 CH=CHC(O)X'일 때, Y는 -H 또는 -CH3임);
- X는 -OSi(R1)3,-R, -OR 또는 -NR'R"이며:
- R1은 C1-10알킬 및 C6-10아릴 또는 알카릴로부터 독자적으로 선정되며:
- R은 C1-20알킬, 알케닐, 알카디에닐 : 또는 C6-20시클로알킬, 아릴, 알카릴 또는 아랄킬이며, 이들 원자단은 지방족 분절내에 하나 이상의 에테르 산소원자와 중합조건하에서 불활성인 하나 이상의 관능 치환체를 함유하며:
- R' 및 R"는 C1-4알킬로부터 독자적으로 선정되며:
- Z는 하기 원자단 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선정된 활성 치환체이고:

- 제 4 항에 있어서, X가 -C(O)X'인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, Y가 -H 또는 -CH3인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, X가 -OR인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R이 적어도 하나의 -OSi(R1)3또는 -C(O)OR기로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R이 적어도 하나의 -OC(R)(R)OR, -OC(H)(R)OR 또는기로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
