제1도는 본 발명에 따른 코팅된 광섬유를 제조하는데 적합한 장치를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 불소화 아크릴아마이드 단량체 및 상기 아크릴아마이드 단량체와 상이한 적어도 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 가교결합성 단량체를 포함하며, 임의로는 추가로 불소화 아크릴레이트 단량체, 상기 가교결합성 단량체와 상이한 비불소화 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체, 및 조성물중의 어느 다른 단량체와도 상이한 에틸렌계 불포화 접작중진 단량체중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 경화가능한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 아크릴아마이드 단량체가 하기 일반식을 갖는 경화가능한 조성물;상기식에서, R1및 R6는 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이고; R2및 R3는 독립적으로 알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이거나, 또는 이들이 결합된 탄소 원자와 함께 4내지 12개의 고리 원자를 함유하는 카보사이클릭 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고; a는 0또는 1이며, X는 탄소 대 탄소 단일결합, CH2, CH2OCH2, 또는 CH2CH2OCH2이고; RF는 실질적으로 과불소화된 알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 아릴그룹이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 아크릴레이트 단량체가 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물.상기식에서, R1, R6, RF및 X는 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비불소화 단량체가 스티렌 및 일작용성 아크릴 레이트 에스테르로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합성 단량체가 다중작용성 아크릴산 에스테르로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 증진 단량체가 2-알케닐 아즈락톤 및 트리알콕시실릴알킬아크릴 단량체로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 100중량부가 a) 적어도 하나의 불소화 아크릴아마이드 단량체 10 내지 99중량부, b) 적어도 하나의 불소화 아크릴레이트 단량체 0 내지 88중량부, c) 적어도 하나의 비불소화 단량체 0 내지 50 중량부, d) 적어도 하나의 가교결합성 단량체 1 내지 15중량부, 및 e) 적어도 하나의 접착 증진 단량체 0 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화된 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 따른 경화가능한 또는 경화된 조성물로 코팅된 코어를 포함하는 광섬유.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 규산질 물질 및 투명한 유기 중합체로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 광섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
