다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 우레탄디(메타)아크릴레이트 및 회석제로 이루어진 수지 조성물의 경화물을 클레드로 갖는 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유는 대역을 희생함이 없고, 광원으로부터 효율 좋게 광을 취입한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 석영 또는 광학유리를 코아로 하고, 코아보다도 낮은 굴절율의 플라스틱을 클레드로 하는 광섬유에 있어서, 클레드재가 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 우레탄디(메타)아크릴레이트 및 희석제를 함유하는 수지 조성물의 경화물로 되며, 개구수(NA)가 0.43 내지 0.52의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유.
    [식중, X는 수소 또는 메틸기, R은 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 고리형 알킬기, 1은 0 또는 1, m은 1 또는 2, 및 n은 3 내지 12의 정수이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬기는 -(CH2)4-또는-(CH2)6-, 알릴기는|또는, 고리형 알킬기는또는인 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 희석제는 (i)플루오오알킬기를 갖는 모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 (ii)불소 원자를 함유한 디(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 모도(메타)아크릴레이트(i)는 다음 식:
    CH2=CXCOO(CH2O)1(CH2)mCnF2n+1
    [식중, X는 수소 또는 메틸기, 1는 0또는 1, n은 1 또는 2, m은 6 내지 12의 정수, n은 1 내지 12의 정수를 나타낸다.]또는
    CH2=CXCOO(CH2O)k(CH2)1CmF2m-n+1
    [식중, X는 수소 또는 메틸기, k는 0 또는 1, 1은 1 또는 2 m은 6 내지 12의정수, n은 1 내지 12의 정수를 나타낸다]로 표시되는 플라스틱클레드 광섬유.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 디(메타)아크릴레이트(ii)는 다음 식:
    CH2=CXCOOROCOCX=CH2
    [식중, X는 수소 또는 메틸기, R은 -(CH2)m-(CF2)n-(CH2)m-(단, m은 1 또는 2, n은 2 내지 7의 정수);
    (식중, m은 1 또는 2, n은 6 내지 10의 정수)이다.]로 표시되는 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 희석제는 (I) 모노 (메타)아크릴레이트, 및 (ii) 디(메타)아크릴레이트의 혼합물인 플라스틱 클레드 광섬유.
