Claims (17)
- 유리제용기의 표면을 실란 커플링제로 처리하고, 이와같이 처리된 유리제용기의 분자에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 반응성 화합물을 함유하는 피복물질을 도포시키고, 도포된 피복물질에 활성화된 에너지선을 조사시켜 도포된 피복물질을 경화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 유리제 용기의 내압강도 및 충격강도를 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성화된 에너지선이 자외선인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 반응성 화합물이 2종 이상의 (메트)아크릴산을 다가 알코올에 결합시켜 수득된 다가(메트)아크릴레이트 이거나, 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 화합물의 에폭시기를 (메트)아크릴산으로 에스테르화하여 제조된 에폭시-개질된(메트)아크릴레이트인방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 반응성 화합물이 하기식(a) 내지 (j)로 나타내어지는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 방법.식중 R은 H, F 또는 CH3이고,n과 m은 2≤n+m≤10을 만족시키는 동일 또는 상이할 수 있는 정수이며, X는 H 또는 F이고, A는-O-(CH2CH202)k,-OCH2CH2CH2CH2O-i, j 및 k는 1 내지 10의 정수이고, D1, D2및 D3는 수소원자 또는 (메트)아크릴로일기를 나타내는데 D1내지 D3중 적어도 2개는 (메트)아크릴로일기이며, p는 2 내지 5의 정수이고, R1은 지방족기 및 방향족기로부터 선택된 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 유기실리콘 단량체 반응성기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 2개 이상의 상이한 반응성기를 갖는 유기실리콘 단량체이며, 이반응성기중 하나는 유리와 반응할 수 있고, 다른 반응성기는(메트)아크릴로일기와 반응할 수 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복물질이 유용성 불소-함유 표면활성제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 PH 3∼5의 용액형태인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복물질이 0.01∼100의 산가를 가지는 방법.
- 실란 커플링제와, 분자에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 반응성 화합물을 함유하는 피복물질을 유리제품의 표면에 도포시키고, 이어서 피복된 유리제품에 활성화된 에너지선을 조사하여 피복을 경화시킴을 특징으로하여, 유리제품의 내압강도 및 충격강도를 증가시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 활성화된 에너지선이 자외선인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 분자에 2개 이상의 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 반응성 화합물이 2종 이상의 (메트)아크릴산을 다가 알코올에 결합시켜 수득된 다가 (메트)아크릴레이트이거나, 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 화합물의 에폭시기를 (메트)아크릴산으로 에스테르화하여 제조된 에폭시-개질된(메트)아크릴레이트인 방법.
