Abstract

필름 형성 결합제가 2개 이상의 반응성 산 기를 가진 아크릴산 중합체, 에폭시 함유 가교결합제, 멜라닌 수지 및 에폭시-실란 개질제를 포함하는 피복 조성물은 자동차 및 트럭용 표면 처리제로서 유용하다.
상기 조성물은 적절한 가사시간을 가진 1-패키지 시스템으로서 사용할 수 있다. 상기 조성물은 환경 저항성이 개선됨을 특징으로 한다.

실란 중합체로 개질딘 산-에폭시-멜라민 피복 조성물(AN ACID-EPOXY-MELAMINE COATING COMPOSITION MODIFIED WITH A SILALE POLYMER)

Claims (15)

  1. 20 내지 80중량%의 반응성 결합제 성분 및 80 내지 20중량%의 유기 액체 담체를 포함하며 이 때, 상기 결합제가, 결합제의 중량을 기준으로 하여 (a) 2개 이상의 반응성 산 기를 가지며, 에틸렌형 불포화 산 또는 에틸렌형 포화 디카복실산의 중합되는 단량체 및 알킬 메타 크릴레이트, 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 이들의 혼합물(이때, 상기 알킬기는 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는다)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합되는 단량체를 포함하고, 약 2000 내지 50,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 아크릴산 공중합체 25 내지 90 중량%; (b) 2개 이상의 반응성 글리시딜기를 가진 글리시딜 성분 5 내지 30중량%; (c) 중합체성 멜라민 수지 5내지 30중량%; (d) 실란기를 가진 중합체 5 내지 30중량%; 및 (e) 경화 촉매 유효량을 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜 성분이 폴리올의 디- 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 또는 카복실산의 디- 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜 성분이 저분자량 폴리올의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 에피클로로히드린 및 비스페놀 A의 에폭시 수지, 폴리카복실산의 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 이소시아누레이트의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 함유 아크릴 중합체 및 상기중 임의의 상용성 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 우레탄 폴리올을 추가로 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 중합체가 스티렌, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 또는 알킬 아크릴레이트(이때, 상기 알킬기가 2 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는다) 및 에틸렌형 불포화 산 또는 에틸렌형 불포화 디카복실산의 중합되는 단량체를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 중합체가 말레산 또는 이타콘산의 중합되는 단량체로 구성되는 피복 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(d)가 에폭시-작용성 아크릴로실란 중합체인 피복 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 유효량의 알킬 오르토아세테이트를 추가로 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 우레탄이 약 20 내지 120의 하이드록실가 또는 20 내지 120의 산가를 갖는 피복 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 포스포늄 화합물인 피복 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜 또는 글리콜과 디카복실산의 단량체 부수물의 반응 생성 물인 반 에스테르를 추가로 포함하는 피복 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반 에스테르가 알콜 또는 글리콜과 메틸헥사하이드로프 탈산 무수물의 반응 생성물인 피복 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제의 중량을 기준으로 약 0. 1 내지 200중량%의 안료를 함유하는 피복 조성물.
  14. 제1항의 조성물의 경화된 층으로 피복된 기재.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 플라스틱 또는 금속인 기재.
