Claims (29)

  1. 경화 온도에서 휘발물을 방출하거나 또는 휘발하는 성분을 함유한 하기(A)-(C)를 포함하는 경화성 액체 코우팅 조성물. (A) 폴리에폭시드, (B) 다산 가교제 및 (C) 탄소원자 최소한 6개를 함유한 모노카르복실산.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에폭시드가 최소한 하나의 에폭시기를 갖는 모노에틸렌형 불포화 단량체와 에폭시기가 없는 최소한 하나의 모노에틸렌형 불포화 단량체의 공중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체가 1000 내지 20,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체가 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트와 최소한 하나의 그밖의 다른 공중합성 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체의 공중합체인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 그밖의 다른 공중합성 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체가 알킬기에 탄소원자 1 내지 20개를 함유한 아크릴 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르를 최소한 일부분으로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트가 에폭시 함유 아크릴중합체를 제조하는데 사용한 단량체 5 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 다산 경화제가 분자당 최소한 2개의 카르복실기를 갖는 카르복실-말단 물질인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 다산 경화제가 카르복실-말단 폴리에스테르인 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 카르복실-말단 폴리에스테르가 하기 구조의 반- 에스테르인 조성물.
    상기 식에서 X는 1,2-디카르복실산 무수들과 반응한 후의 폴리올 잔기이고, R은 무수물과 연관된 유기 부분이고 A는 최소한 2이다.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트를 포함하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트가 멜라민과 포름알데히드의 축합물인 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트가 알킬화되고, 알킬기가 탄소원자 1 내지 4개를 포함하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 탄소원자 8 내지 22개를 포함하는 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 탄소원자 12 내지 18개를 포함하는 조성물.
  15. 제3항에 있어서, 가교성 조성물이 800미만의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에폭시드를 포함하는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에폭시드가 가교성 조성물에서 수지 고형물 중량을 기준으로 약 30 내지 60중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 다산 경화제가 조성물에서 수지 고형물 중량을 기준으로 약 20 내지 50중량%이 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트가 조성물에서 수지 고형물 중량을 기준으로 약 5 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 조성물에서 수지 고형물 중량을 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, (B)+(C)에 대한 (A)의 당량비가 0.75-1.5 대 1이고 (C)에 대한 (B)의 당량비가 5-20 대 1인 조성물.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 50중량%의 수지 고형물 함량을 갖는 조성물.
  22. 경화 온도에서 휘발하는 성분을 함유한 하기 (A)-(E)를 포함하는 경화성 액체 코우팅 조성물. (A)수평균 분자량 1000 내지 20,000을 갖고 있으며 최소한 하나의 에폭시기를 갖는 모노에틸렌형 불포화 단량체와 에폭시기가 없는 최소한 하나의 모노에틸렌형 불포화 단량체로 된 공중합체. (B) 800 미만의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에폭시드. (C) 하기 구조의 반-에스테르인 카르복실-말단 폴리에스테르 :
    상기 식에서, X는 1,2-디카르복실산 무수물과 반응한 후의 폴리올 잔기이고, R은 무수물과 연관된 유기 부분이고, A는 최소한 2이다. (D) 아미노플라스트 및 (E) 탄소원자 8 내지 22개를 함유한 모노카르복실산.
  23. 하도를 형성시키기 위해 착색시킨 필름-형성 조성물을 기판에 적용하고, 하도 위에 투명한 상도를 형성시키기 위해 투명한 필름-형성 조성물을 상기 하도에 적용하는 것을 포함하는 기판에 복합 코우팅을 적용하는 방법에 있어서, 투명한 필름-형성 조성물이 제1항의 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 투명한 필름-형성 조성물이 제2항의 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 투명한 필름-형성 조성물이 제9항의 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 방법.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 투명한 필름-형성 조성물이 제15항의 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 방법.
  27. 제23항에 있어서, 투명한 필름-형성 조성물이 제22항의 경화성 조성물을 포함하는 방법.
  28. 제23항의 방법에 따라 피복시킨 기판.
  29. 제27항의 방법에 따라 피복시킨 기판.
