Claims (10)
- 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 중합체는 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르와 상이하며, 상기 물질의 혼합물로 구성된 피복조성물은 최종단계 피복상에 22℃에서 2시간동안 놓여진 아세톤에 의해 영향받지 않으며, 최종 피복은 15% 또는 이하의 헤이즈 값을 제공하며 습윤프린트 실험시 어떠한 영향을 받지 않는 열가소성, 샌드성 중간단계의 피복 및 최종단계의 피복을 제공할 수 있는 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르 및 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 중합체의 경화성 혼합물로 구성된 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르는 a) 적어도 하나의 유기 디에폭사이드와 적어도 하나의 포화 또는 불포화 디카르복실산과의 반응성생성물을 포함하는 폴리히드록시 폴리에스테르;와 b) 약 500이하의 에틸렌성 불포화 당량중량을 지닌 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르를 제공하기 위해 상기 폴리히드록시 폴리에스테르 올리고머의 히드록실기와 충분히 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 지닌 유효양의 에틸렌성 불포화 중합화합물과의 축합생성물 또는 부가생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르는 모노카르복실산 또는 모노에폭사이드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 중합체는 에틸렌성 불포화 셀룰로오즈 에스테르, 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌성 불포화 아크릴릭 공중합체, 에틸렌성 불포화 아즈락톤 공중합체 및 에틸렌성 불포화 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 셀룰로오스 에스테르는 탄소수 2-4의 포화지방족 모노카르복실산 또는 방향족 모노카르복실산 및 무수클루코오스 단위당 평균 0.1-2.0의 비반응 히드록실기를 갖는 셀룰로오즈의 셀룰로오즈 에스테르(a)와 100%까지의 비반응 히드록실기가 중합성 비포화기로 전환된 에틸렌성 불포화 셀룰로오즈 에스테르를 산출하도록 상기 셀룰로오즈 에스테르의 히드록실기에 대해 충분한 반응성을 지닌 화학적 유효양의 중합성 에틸렌 불포화 화합물(b)과의 축합 또는 부가생성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 유기 디에폭사이드와 적어도 하나의 포화 또는 불포화 디카르복실산과의 반응생성물로 구성되는 폴리히드록시 폴리에스테르와, 적어도 500이하의 에틸렌성 불포화 당량중량을 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르에 부여하도록 상기 폴리히드록시 폴리에스테르 올리고머의 히드록실기에 대해 충분한 반응성을 지닌 작용기를 지닌 유효양의 에틸렌성 불포화 중합화합물과 축합 또는 부가생성물인 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르 및; 탄소수 2-4의 포화지방족 모노카르복실산 및 무수글루코오스당 평균 0.1-2.0의 불포화 히드록실기를 지닌 셀룰로오즈의 셀룰로오즈 에스테르와; 100%까지의 비반응 히드록실기가 중합성 불포화기로 전환된 에틸렌성 불포화 셀룰로오즈 에스테르를 산출하도록 상기 셀룰로오즈 에스테르의 히드록실기에 대해 충분한 반응성을 지닌 화학적 유효양의 에틸렌성 불포화 중합성 화합물과의 축합 또는 부가생성물인 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 셀룰로오즈 에스테르의 혼합물로 구성된 피복조성물.
- 1.0/0.5/1.0몰비의 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르, 이타콘산 및 아크릴산의 반응생성물로 구성된 폴리히드록실 폴리에스테르(i)과 이소시아네이트에틸 메타아크릴레이트와의 부가생성물인 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리에스테르(a);셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프로피오네이트와 이소시아네이트에틸 메타아크릴레이트와의 부가생성물인 에틸렌성 불포화 열가소성 중합체(b)의 혼합물로 구성된 피복조성물.
- 제1항의 경화피복 조성물로 피복된 보호피복층을 지닌 목재기재.
- 기재를 상기 제1항의 조성물로 피복하고, 상기 피복층을 건조시키고, 상기 피복층을 경화시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기재를 보호 피복하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 건조단계후, 경화단계전 상기 피복층을 샌드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
