Claims (18)

  1. (ⅰ) 분자내에 최소한 두개의 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물; (ⅱ) 분자내에 최소한 두개의 싸이클 카복실산 무수물을 함유하는 화합물; 및 (ⅲ) 분자내에 최소한 두개의 에폭시드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물로 구성된 경화가능한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(1)의 부가 중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 부가 중합체는 (a)α,β-에틸렌적으로 불포화된 카복실산과 지방족 카복실산의 글리시딜에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌적으로 불포화된 카복실산의 Ⅰ: 1몰 부가물인 단량체. (b)α,β-에틸렌적으로 불포화된 카복실산의 하이드록시알킬 에스테르. (c) 한개 또는 그 이상의, 카북실 그룹이 없는 α,β에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체를 공중합하여 얻어지며 상기의 부가물은 공중합 반응 전, 동안 또는 후에 형성되는 것인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 단량체(a)는 알킬 그룹내에 8-10개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 포화된 3차 알킬카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르와 아크릴산의 부가물이며 단량체(b)는 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트이고 단량체(c)는 스티렌 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ⅰ)은 축합 중합체인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 축합 중합체는 다가알콜과 폴리카복실산을 축합하여 얻어지는 폴리에스테르인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르는 글리세롤 또는 트리메틸올프라판과 프탈산 무수물, 임의적으로 탈수된 캐스터유와의 축합에 의해 얻어지는 것인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에서 7항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 성분(ⅰ)은 앰피패틱 안정화제의 존재하에 유기액체(이것은 상기 성분에 대한 용매가 아님)내에서 단량체를 중합하여 얻은입체적으로 안정화된 분산액 형태로 있는 것인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에서 8항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 성분(ⅱ)는 다음 일반식을 갖는 트리멜리트산 무수물의 부가물인것인 조성물:
    [식중, R은 2-12개 탄소원자를 가진 탄화수소기]
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(ⅱ)는 멜리트산 무수물과 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 글리세롤과의 부가물인 것인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에서 10항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 성분(ⅲ)은 에피클로르히드린과 비스페놀-A와의 축합에 의해 얻어진 에폭시 수지인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에서 제10항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 성분(ⅲ)은 다음 일반식을 갖는 비스에폭시드인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에서 12항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 에폭시드 그룹과 카복실 그룹사이의 반응을 위한 촉매로서 부가적인 성분(iV)를 포함하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에서 13항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 성분(ⅱ)는 성분(ⅰ)내의 하이드록실 그룹당 대략 한개의 무수물 그룹이 되는 것과 동일한 비율로써 사용되며 성분(ⅲ)은 성분(ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)의 부가물에 존재하는 각 카복실 그룹에 대해 대략 두개의 에폭시드 그룹이 되는 것과 동일한 비율로 사용되는 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 촉매성분(iV)는 에폭시 성분(ⅲ)의 1%-10%(중량부)의 양으로 사용되는 것인 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상술된 실시예와 관련된 조성물.
  17. 제1항에서 제16항중 어느한 항에 기술된 경화 가능한 조성물과 한개 또는 그 이상의 통상적인 부가제를 포함하는 코팅조성물.
  18. 제17항에 청구된 코팅 조성물로 코팅되는 기질.
