Abstract
필름 형성 결합제가 2개 이상의 반응성 무수물 그룹을 가진 아크릴산 중합체, 에폭시 함유 가교결합체, 및 에폭시-실란 개질제를 포함하는 피복 조성물은 자동차 및 트럭용 표면 처리막으로 유용하다.
상기 조성물은 적당한 수명을 가진 1-패키쥐 시스템으로서 사용할 수 있다. 상기 조성물은 환경 저항성이 개선됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (19)
- 20 내지 80중량%의 반응성 결합제 성분 및 80 내지 20중량%의 유기 액체 담체를 포함하고; 이때, 상기 결합제가 그의 중량을 기준으로, (a) 2개 이상의 반응성 무수물 그룹을 가지며, 에틸렌형 불포화 무수물 또는 무수물로 전환되는 에틸렌형 불포화 디카복실산의 중합된 단량체 및 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 이들의 혼합물(이때, 상기 알킬 그룹은 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는다)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 중합된 단량체를 포함하는, 약 2000 내지 50,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 아크릴산 공중합체 25 내지 90 중량%; (b) 2개 이상의 반응성 글리시딜 그룹을 가진 글리시딜 성분 5 내지 30중량%; (c) 실란 그룹을 가진 중합체 5 내지 30중량%; 및 (d) 효과량의 경화 촉매를 포함하는, 상기 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)가 상이한 성분인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜 성분이 폴리올의 디-또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르 또는 카복실산의 디- 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜 성분이 저분자량 폴리올의 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 에피클로로히드린 및 비스페놀 A의 에폭시 수지, 폴리산의 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 이소시아누레이트외 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 함유 아코릴산 중합체 및 상기중 임의의 상용가능한 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 우레탄 폴리올을 또한 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 무수물 중합체가 스티렌, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 또는 알킬 아크릴레이트(이때, 상기 알킬 그룹이 2 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는다) 및 에틸렌령 불포화 무수물 또는 무수물로 전환된 에틸렌형 불포화 디카복실산의 중합된 단량체를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 무수물 중합체가 부틸 아크릴레이트, 스티렌 및 무수물로 전환된 아티콘산의 중합된 단량체를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 무수물 중합체가 말레산 무수물의 중합된 단위를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 오르쏘아세테이트 안정화제를 또한 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 우레탄이 약 20 내지 120의 하이드록시가 또는 20 내지 120의 산가를 갖는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 또는 알킨 아크릴레이트 또는 하이드록시 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 하이드록시 알킬 메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물(이때, 상기 알킬 그룹이 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는다)의 단량체 및 에틸렌형 불포화 산을 중합시킴으로써 제조된 산 작용성 중합체를 또한 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 포스포늄 화합물인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜 또는 글리콜과 디카복실산의 단량체 무수물의 반응 생성물인 반 에스테르를 또한 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 반에스테르가 알콜 또는 글리콜과 메틸헥사하이드로프 탈산 무수물의 반응 생성물인 피복 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 반 에스테르가 포스포늄 촉매와 무수물 성분의 혼합물을 가용화시키고 안정화시키기에 효과량으로 존재하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(c)가 하나 이상의 에폭시 작용성 단량체의 중합된 단위로 부터 생성된 에폭시 그룹을 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 반 에스테르가 약 2몰의 메틸헥사하이드로프탈산 무수물과 약 1몰의 에틸렌 글리콜의 반응 생성물인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제의 중량을 기준으로 약 0. 1 내지 200 중량%의 안료를 함유하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물의 경화된 층으로 피복된 기재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 플라스틱 또는 금속인 기재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
