Abstract

본 발명은 불포화 폴리에스테르와의 공중합시, 고성능의 구조용 SMC 생성물을 내놓는 말단기를 제공한다. 한 구현예에서, 아크릴산염은 불포화 말단기가 있는 불포화 폴리에스테르를 종결시킨다. 그 결과로 생기는 성형될은 표면이 매끄러운 자동차 부품을 제공해 준다.

Claims (20)

  1. 다음을 포함하는 시트 성형 화합물용의 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물; 하나 또는 그 이상의 다가 알콜올과 하나 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌-불포화 폴리카르보실산의 중축합 생성물을 포함하는 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르; 그리고 반응성의 혹은 미반응성의, 불포화 말단기(여기서 반응성의 불포화 말단기는 불포화 폴리에스테르와 반응할 수 있고 존재한다면 올레핀-불포화 단량체와 반응한 수 있으며 또한 저압 성형 화합물을 생성하는 숙성 과정 동안 폴리에스테르 사슬말단이 농후제와 착물화 반응하지 못하게 차단할 수 있으며, 반응성이 없는 말단기는 존재한다 해도 불포화 폴리에스테르나 또는 올레핀-불포화 단량체와는 반응할 수 없으나, 저압 성형화합물을 생성하는 숙성 과정 동안에 폴리에스테르 사슬말단이 농후제와 착물화 반응하지 못하게 차단할 수 있음.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 말단기는 다음의 식으로 표시되는 아크릴산 글리시딜인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:
    [여기서, R1은 수소이거나 1개 내지 5의 탄소원자를 갓는 알킬 라디칼이며, R2는 다음의 식을 갓는 글리시딜 에스테르기 이고 :
    (여기서 R3은 C7H1403- 에서 C11H20O3-까지의 범위에 있음) 아크릴산 글리시딜은 불포화 말단기가 있는 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르의 일부를 종결시킴].
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1은 수소이거나 1개 내지 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이고, R2는 C3H5O- 에서 C10H1904- 까지의 범위에 있으며, R3은 C7H1403- 에서 C8H16O3- 까지의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸기이고, R2는 C3H5O-인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산 글리시딜은 메트아크릴산 글리시딜인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 말단기는 다음의 식으로 표시되는 2가 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
    (여기서 R4는 2~10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이며 X는 1에서 4까지의 정수임).
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R4는 2개 내지 5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 2가 알코올은 네오펜틸 글리콜; 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올; 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올; 그리고 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올으로 이루어져 있는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 말단기는 폴리카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르는 수-평균 분자량의 범위가 1,000g/몰 내지 4,000g/몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 저분자랑 불포화 폴리에스테르는 수-평균분자량의 범위가 1,000g/몰 내지 4,000g/몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 다음을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 : 불포화 폴리에스테르와 공중합하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 올레핀-불포화 단량체(들).
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 다음을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 : 경화 반응 동안에 상 분리 및 틈새 형성(porosity)을 일으키는 하나 또는 그 이상의 로-프로필 열가소성 중합체(들).
  14. 다음을 포함하는 시트 성형 화합물용의 저분자량 수지 조성물; 프로필렌 글리콜과 무수 말레산의 중축합 생성물을 포함하는 불포화 폴리에스테르; 그리고 그 불포화 폴리에스테르와 공중합하는 메트아크릴산 글리시딜(여기서 아크릴산 글리시딜은 불포화 말단기가 있는 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르의 일부를 종결시킴).
  15. 제14항에 있어서 폴리에스테르와 공중합하는 스티렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 로-프로필 열가소성 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르는 수-평균 분자량의 범위가 500g/몰 내지 5,000g/몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르는 수-평균 분자량의 범위가 1,000g/몰 내지 4,000g/몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  19. 다음을 포함하는 시트 성형 화합물용의 저분자량 수지 조성물 : 프로필렌 글리콜과 무수 말레산의 중축합 생성물을 포함하는 불포화 폴리에스테르, 그리고 불포화 폴리에스테르와 공중합하는 프로폭시화 알킬 알코올(여기서 알킬 알코올은 불포화 말단기가 있는 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르의 일부를 종결시킴).
  20. 다음을 포함하는 시트 성형 화합물용의 저분자량 수지 조성물; 프로필렌 글리콜과 무수 말레산의 중축합 생성물을 포함하는 불포화 폴리에스테르; 그리고 불포화 폴리에스테르와 공중합하는 벤조산(여기서 벤조산은 불포화 말단기가 있는 저분자량 불포화 폴리에스테르의 일부를 종결시킴).
