Claims (12)

  1. (a) 35℃ 내지 100℃ 범위의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 카복시산 그룹-함유 중합체 ; (b) 1.0보다 큰 1,2-에폭시 당량을 갖는 폴리에폭사이드 및 (c) 베타-하이드록시 알킬아마이드의 같이 반응할 수 있는 미립자 혼합물(이때 베타-하이드록시알킬아마이드 등가물과 에폭시 등가물 대 카복실산 등가물의 다량비는 0.6 내지 의 1.6:1의 범위내이다)을 포함하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카복실 그룹-함유 중합체가 아크릴 중합체, 폴리에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카복실산 그룹-함유 중합체가 약 1,500 내지 약 15,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 아크릴 중합체인 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시알킬아마이드가 하기 일반식을 갖는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물 ;
    상기식에서, R1은 H 또는 C1-C5알킬이고 ; R2는 H, C1-C5알킬 또는이며, 여기에서, R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같고, A는 화학결합을 나타내거나 2 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 포함하여 포화, 불포화 또는 지방족 탄화수소라디칼로 부터 유도된 1가 또는 다가의 유기 라디칼이고 ; m은 1 내지 2이고, n은 0 내지 2이고, m+n은 적어도 2이다.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하이드록시 알킬아마이드가 하기의 구조식을 갖는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물 ;
    상기식에서, R1은 H 또는 C1-C5알킬이고 ; R2는 H, C1-C5알킬 또는이고, 여기에서, R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같으며; A는 화학결합을 나타내거나, 탄소원자 2 내지 20개를 함유하는 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 포함하여 포화, 불포화 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼로 부터 유도된 1가 또는 다가의 유기라디칼이며 ; m은 1 내지 2이고, n은 1 내지 2이고, m+n은 적어도 2이다.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체를, 알파, 베타-에틸렌계 불포화 카복실산 및 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴 산의 C1내지 C24알킬에스테르 또는 이들 에스테르의 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 생성하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체를, 중합할 수 있는 비닐 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 중합할 수 있는 방향족 혼합물로부터 추가로 생성하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 수지 고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 약 35 내지 약 85중량%의 양으로 존재하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 수지 고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 약 2 내지 약 45중량%의 양으로 존재하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 수지 고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 약 2 내지 약 45중량%의 양으로 존재하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 4 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리카복실산, 중합체 폴리무수물, 약 300 내지 약 1,500의 수 평균 분자량 및 약 150 내지 약 750의 산당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 결정성 카복실산 그룹-함유 물질을 추가로 포함하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 4 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리카복실산, 중합체 폴리무수물, 약 300 내지 약 1,500의 수 평균 분자량 및 약 150 내지 약 750의 산당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 결정성 카복실산 그룹-함유 물질을 추가로 포함하는 열경화성 분말 도장 조성물.
