Claims (15)

  1. (a) 약 35℃ 내지 100℃ 범위의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 제1카복실산 그룹-함유 아크릴 중합체 ; (b) 분말 도장 조성물의 흐름에 도움을 주는 제2카복실산 그룹-함유 물질 ; 및 (c) 베타-하이드록시알킬아마이드 경화제의 같이 반응할수 있는 미립자 혼합물(이때 베타-하이드록시알킬아마이드 등가물 대 카복실산 등가물의 당량비는 약 0.6 내지 1.6:1이다)을 포함하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2카복실산 그룹-함유 물질이 50℃하의 온도에서 결정성인 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2카복실산 그룹-함유 물질이 약 300 내지 1,500의 수평균 분자량과 약 150 내지 약 750의 산당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르인 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2카복실산 그룹-함유 물질이 약 300 내지 1,500의 수평균 분자량과 약 150 내지 약 750의 산당량을 갖는 폴리에스테르인 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  5. (a) 35℃ 내지 100℃ 범위의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 카복실산 그룹-함유 아크릴 중합체 ; (b) 약 300 내지 약 1,500의 수평균 분자량과 약 150 내지 약 750의 산당량을 갖는 결정성 카복실산 그룹-함유 폴레에스테르 ; 및 (c) 베타-하이드록시알킬아마이드의 같이 반응할수 있는 미립자 혼합물(이때 베타-하이드록시알킬아마이드 등가물 대 카복실산 등가물의 당량비는 약 0.6 내지 1.6:1이다)을 포함하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 1500 내지 15,000 범위내의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체를, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 알파, 베타-에틸렌계 불포화 카복실산, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1내지 C20알킬에스테르, 이러한 에스테르의 혼합물 및 중합 가능한 비닐 방향족 화합물을 중합시켜 생성하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 C4내지 C20디카복실산과 지방족 디올의 산 대 알코올의 당량비 약 3:2 내지 약 2:1의 반응생성물인 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베타-하이드록시알킬아아미드가 하기 일반식을 갖는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물 ;
    상기식에서, R1은 H 또는 C1-C5알킬이고 ; R2는 H, C1-C5알킬 또는(여기에서, R1은 상기 기술한 바와 같다)이며; A는 화학결합이거나 탄소수 2 내지 20의 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 포함하여 포화, 불포화 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 유도된 1가 또는 다가의 유기라디칼이고 ; m은 1내지 2이고, n은 0내지 2이며, m+n은 최소한 2이다.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 성분(a)가 수지고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 35 내지 85중량%의 양으로 존재하는 열경화분말 도장 조성물.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 사이 성분(b)가 수지고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응 생성물중의 산 대 알코올의 당량비가 약 2:1인 열경화분말 도장 조성물.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르의 융점이 약 50℃ 내지 약 110℃범위에 있는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 카복실산 그룹-함유 폴리에스트 및 카복실산 그룹-함유 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 무정형 산 그룹-함유 중합체를 추가로 함유하는 열경화분말 도장 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 카복실산 그룹-함유 중합체가 수지고형물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 40중량%의 양으로 조성물내에 존재하는 열경화 분말 도장 조성물.
