Abstract
고체가 많은 코우팅 조성물을 (A)(1) 에폭시화 식물성 오일, (2) 이가페놀의 디글리시딜 에데르, 및 (3)이가 페놀의 반응 생성물을 (B) 불포화 지방산, 및 (C) 알킬아세트아세테이트와 반응시킨 유기 용매 용액으로부터 제조한다.

Claims (18)
- (A) (1) 400-475의 에폭시드 당량을 갖는 에폭시화 식물성 오일 첨가생성물로서, 225-475의 에폭시 당량 및 모노카르복실산 또는 일가 페놀을 갖는 에폭시화 아마인 오일, 에폭시화 대두유, 에폭시화 옥수수 오일, 에폭시화 면실유, 에폭시화 들깨 오일 및 에폭시화 홍화 오일로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 에폭시화 식물성오일의 반응 생성물인 에폭시화 식물성 오일 첨가생성물; (2) 115-250의 에폭시드 당량을 갖는 이가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르, 및 (3) 이가 페놀;의 반응 생성물을 (b) 불포화 지방산; 및 (c) 알킬아세토아세테이트와 반응시킨 에폭시 에스테르 조성물로 구성되는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물로서, 이때, (1),(2) 및 (3)은 (1) 및 (2)의 1.2-1.5 에폭시 기가 (3)의 각 페놀성 기에 대해 존재하게 하는 양으로 반응하고, (1)은 (1),(2) 및 (3)의 중량을 기준으로 15-35 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, (B)는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 15-40 중량%의 양으로 반응하고, 및 (C)는 상기 에폭시 에스테르 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 3-10중량%의 양으로 반응하는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시화 식물성 오일을 에폭시화 식물성 오일의 각 에폭시 당량 당 0-0.4몰의 모노카르복실산 또는 일가 페놀과 반응시키는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 벤조산인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 아비에트산인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 고무 송진인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 일가 페놀이 크레졸인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시화 오일이 분자 당 2-2.5의 에폭시 기를 갖는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시화 식물성 오일이 에폭시화 아마인 오일 또는 에폭시화 대두유인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르가 180-200의 에폭시드 당량을 갖는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르가 p,p'-디히드록시디페닐 프로판의 디글리시딜 에테르이고 및 이가 페놀이 p,p'-디히드록시디페닐 프로판인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 지방산이 불포화 식물성 오일로부터 유도되는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 불포화 지방산이 아마인 지방산인 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알킬 아세트아세테이트 내 알킬 기가 1-8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 알킬 기가 2-4개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 알킬아세토아세테이트가 t-부틸아세토아세테이트인 에폭시에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세륨(Ⅳ) 건조기 및 알루미늄 아세트아세테이트 착물과 혼합된 코발트 건조기를 함유하는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 코발트 건조기가 코발트 나프테에이트이고, 세륨 건조기가 세륨(Ⅳ) 2-에틸헥사노에이트이고 및 알루미늄 아세토아세테이트 착물이 하기 일반식(식에서, R5는 아세트아세톡시 부분을 함유하는 킬레이트 기이고 및 R6및 R7은 같거나 다르고 알콕시드기 또는 아세토아세톡시 기이다)으로 표현되는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 건조기가 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 금슥 중량%로서 표현하여, 코발트 0.015-0.06중량%, 세륨(Ⅳ) 0.1-0.4 중량% 및 알루미늄 0.02-0.08 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 에폭시 에스테르 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
