Abstract
Una composición de construcción reducida en cemento comprende a) un aglutinante cementoso que comprende una o más fases minerales de silicato de calcio y una o más fases minerales de aluminato de calcio, y que tiene un área superficial Blaine de al menos 3800 cm2/g, en una cantidad de 180 a 400 kg por m3 de la composición de construcción recién mezclada; b) un material fino que tenga un Dv90 inferior a 200 µm, seleccionado entre aglutinantes activables por álcali, polvos de roca y pigmentos inorgánicos, o mezclas de los mismos, en una cantidad total de 20 a 200 partes en peso, en relación con 100 partes en peso de aglutinante cementoso a); c) opcionalmente, una fuente de aluminato extraño; d) una fuente de sulfato; ye) un poliol en una cantidad de 0,3 a 2,5% en peso, con respecto a la cantidad de ligante cementoso a). La composición contiene aluminato disponible, calculado como Al(OH)4-, de las fases minerales de aluminato de calcio más la fuente opcional de aluminato extraño, por 100 g de ligante de cemento a), en una cantidad total de al menos 0,08 mol, si la cantidad de ligante de cemento a) está en el rango de 180 a menos de 220 kg por m3 de la composición recién mezclada, al menos 0,06 mol, si la cantidad de ligante cementoso a) está en el rango de 220 a menos de 280 kg por m3 de la composición recién mezclada, y al menos 0,05 mol, si la cantidad de aglutinante cementoso a) es de 280 kg o más por m3 de la composición recién mezclada; y la relación molar de aluminato total disponible a sulfato es de 0,4 a 2,0. La composición de construcción comprende además f) un controlador de formación de etringita que comprende (i) ácido glioxílico, una sal de ácido glioxílico y/o un derivado de ácido glioxílico; y (ii) al menos uno de (ii-a) una fuente de borato y (ii-b) una fuente de carbonato, donde la fuente de carbonato se selecciona de carbonatos inorgánicos que tienen una solubilidad acuosa de 0,1 g·L1 o más, carbonatos orgánicos, y mezclas de los mismos; y g) un co-retardador seleccionado de (g-1)a-ácidos hidroxi monocarboxílicos y sales de los mismos, (g-2) ácidos fosfónicos y sales de los mismos, (g-3) ácidos policarboxílicos y sales de los mismos, y mezclas de los mismos. La composición de construcción reducida en cemento es una composición de construcción de huella de carbono reducida y presenta alta resistencia inicial, alta resistencia final, tiempo abierto suficiente, alta durabilidad y contracción reducida en comparación con las mezclas ordinarias a base de cemento Portland. Los ingredientes de la composición de construcción están disponibles en abundancia.
