Abstract

본 발명은, 비상 브레이크 주 도관을 통해 비상 브레이크 압력 소스로부터 공급될 수 있는 휠 브레이크와, 동력원 및 동력원과 적어도 한 휠 브레이크사이에서 브레이크 압력이 발생되어 동력원으로부터의 압력 매체를 사용하여 감소될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 밸브 장치를 갖는 동력 보조 브레이크 디바이스를 구비하는, 페달에 의해 작동될 수 있는 이중-회로 비상 브레이크 압력 소스를 갖는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것이다. 적어도 하나의 밸브 장치는 비상 브레이크 압력 소스와 휠 브레이크 상이에 설치되며, 비상 브레이크 작동시 이 밸브 장치는 비상 브레이크 압력 소스를 휠 브레이크에 접속시키는, 동력 보조 브레이크 작동시 비상 브레이크 압력 소스를 휠 브레이크로부터 분리시킨다.
이러한 밸브 장치(29,30)는 동력 보조 브레이크 작동시 휠 브레이크로부터 배출되어야 하는 압력 매체가 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)과 복귀 도관(59)을 통해 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)의 저장실(7)로 빠져나가도록 설계된다. 이러한 밸브 장치(29,30)는 미세한 제어력에 의해 제어될 수 있으며 비용이 저렴하다.
본 차량 브레이크 시스템은 자동차에 적합하다.

  1. 비상 브레이크 압력 소스로부터 공급될 수 있는 휠 브레이크와, 트윈 회로로 설치되어 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스로부터 휠 브레이크로 연장되는 비상 브레이크 주 도관과, 페달에 의해 전기적으로 제어될 수 있는 동력 보조 브레이크 디바이스를 구비하며, 상기 동력 보조 브레이크 디바이스는 저장실로부터 공급될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 펌프와, 상기 펌프에 의해 충전될 수 있는 파워 저장실과, 브레이크 압력 소스의 선택을 위한 브레이크 회로당 하나의 제어가능한 밸브 장치를 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스와 휠 브레이크 사이에 가지고, 또한 상기 동력 보조 브레이크 디바이스는 브레이크 압력 설정을 위한 적어도 하나의 추가 전기 제어가능한 밸브 장치와, 상기 페달에 의해 제어될 수 있는 요구된 브레이크 압력값 발생기와, 상기 요구된 브레이크 압력값 발생기에 접속된 제어 유닛을 가지며, 상기 제어 유닛은 동력원의 에너지로부터 브레이크 압력을 발생시키고 이러한 브레이크 압력을 변경시키기 위하여 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 밸브 장치를 제어하는, 페달에 의해 자공될 수 있는 트윈 회로 비상 브레이크 압력 소스를 갖는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 브레이크 압력 소스(6,23)를 선택하기 위한 상기 적어도 하나의 밸브 장치(29,30)는 관련된 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)을 저장실(7)로 이어진 복귀 도관(59)으로 개방시키도록 배열되어 있으며, 적어도 하나의 추가 밸브 장치(37,38,39,40,37a,37b,37c)는 동력원(23)으로부터의 압력 매체를 중계하는 동안 브레이크 압력을 설정하기 위해 비상 브레이크 주도관(12,13)과 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)에 접속되고, 적어도 하나의 전자석(71,73,83)에 전류가 공급되지 않는 경우 상기 비상 브레이크 주도관(12,13)을 상기 휠 브레이크 (8,9,10,11)에 접속시키도록 배열되어 있으며, 동력 보조 브레이크 작동시 상기 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)를 브레이크 압력을 증가시킬 목적으로 동력원(23)에 접속시키며 또한 브레이크 압력을 감소시킬 목적을 저장실(7)에 대해 개방될 수 있는 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)에 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 브레이크 압력 소스의 선택을 위해 사용되는 상기 밸브장치(29,30)는 상기 비상 브레이크 주도관(12,13)내에 통상 개방되어 있는 2/2-밸브(54)를 가지며 상기 비상 브레이크 주도관(12,13)에 접속되어 상기 복귀 도관(59)에 대해 개방될 수 있는 통상 폐쇄되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(56)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2/2-웨이 밸브(54,56)는 시트 밸브로 구조되고, 상기 통상 개방되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(54)의 밸브 시트 단부상의 접속부(A)는 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스 단부에서 상기 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)에 접속되어 있으며, 통상 폐쇄되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(56)의 밸브 시트 단부상의 접속부는 복귀 도관(59)에 접속되어 상기 복귀 도관을 통해 저장실(7)에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)쪽 방향으로 개방될 수 있는 비복귀 밸브(65)를 갖는 바이패스(64)는 상기 통상 개방되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(54)주위에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 브레이크 압력 소스를 선택하기 위한 상기 밸브 장치(29a)는 3/2-웨이 밸브(85)로 구조되고, 상기 밸브의 통상 위치에서 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)는 상기 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)에 접속되고, 제어된 위치에서 상기 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)는 상기 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)의 일부와 복귀 도관(59)을 통해 상기 저장실(7)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 3/2-웨이 밸브(85)는 시트 밸브로 구조되고, 상기 3/2-웨이 밸브(85)를 우회하며 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)쪽으로 개방될 수 있는 비복귀 밸브를 갖는 바이패스(64)가 상기 비상 브레이크 도관(12,13)상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 동력 보조 브레이크 작동시 브레이크 압력을 설정하기 위한 상기 밸브 장치(37,38,39,40)는, 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)와 상기 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11) 사이의 통상 개방되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(70)와 상기 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)과 상기 동력원(23)사이의 통상 폐쇄되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브(72)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2/2-웨이 밸브는 비례 지향성 밸브(70a,72a)로 구조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력원(23)을 사용하는 동안 휠 브레이크 압력을 설정하기 위한 상기 적어도 하나의 밸브 장치는, 통상 상태에서 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)를 상기 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)에 접속시키고 제2상태에서 상기 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)를 분리시키며, 상기 비상 브레이크 주 도관(12,13)과 동력원(23)으로부터 분리시키며 제3상태에서 상기 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)를 상기 동력원(23)에 접속시키는 3/3-웨이 밸브(37b)로 구조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 3/3-웨이 밸브는 3/3-웨이 비례/지향성 밸브(37c)로 구조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한 지향성 밸브(70a,72a,37c)는 시트 밸브로 구조되고, 밸트-인(built-in) 비복귀 밸브(74)를 갖는 바이패스(75)는 이러한 시트 밸브와 연관되어 있으므로, 상기 비복귀 밸브(74)를 개방시켜서 상기 비상 브레이크 소스(6)로부터 적어도 하나의 휠 브레이크(8,9,10,11)로의 비복귀 밸브(74)를 통한 흐름이 발생될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력원(23)은 브랜치(41)와 연속하는 2개의 비복귀 밸브(50,51)를 통해 상기 밸브 장치(37과 38,39와 40,37a,37b,37c)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 통상 폐쇄되어 있는 한 2/2-웨이 밸브(44 또는 45)가 상기 브랜치(41)와 각각의 상기 비복귀 밸브(50,51) 사이에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 빌트-인 쓰로틀(48,49)을 갖는 바이패스(46,47)가 상기 2/2-웨이 밸브(44,45) 주위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 브레이크 압력 소스(6)는 변위 시뮬레이터 접속 밸브(53) 형태의 통상 폐쇄 되어 있는 2/2-웨이 밸브에 의해 동력 보조 브레이크 작동시 효과적으로 변위 시뮬레이터(52)에 접속될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 요구된 브레이크 압력값 발생기(35)는, 페달(3)에 기계적으로 접속되는 변위 픽업(pick-up) 또는 피봇팅 앵글 픽업(pivoting angle pick- up)과 같은 픽업으로 구조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 동력 보조 브레이크 작동용 제어 유닛(36)은, 잠김 방지 보호, 구동-슬립 제어 작동, 전, 후방 휠 브레이크 사이의 제동력 분포, 차량 동적 제어 및 페달(3)의 작동에 비례하는 전기 감속 제어중 적어도 하나의 기능적 모드의 추가적 제어를 위해 더욱 개량되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 유압 브레이크 시스템.
