Abstract
전륜 구동식 소형 차량을 위해 단순하고 염가인 브레이크 유닛을 제공한다.
브레이크 유닛(1)이 앞 차축을 위한 유압식 자동 브레이크 시스템과, 뒷 차축을 위한 전기식 자동 브레이크시스템을 갖고 있다. 유압식 작동 브레이크 시스템은 페달 조작되는 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)를 갖고 있고, 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)에서는 브레이크 관로(5, 7)가 유압식 호일 브레이크(6, 8)에 까지 통하고 있다. 브레이크 관로(5, 7)에는 각1개의 차단 밸브(11)가 형성되어 있고 상기 차단 밸브(11)는 대응하는 호일 브레이크(6, 8)로부터 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)에 까지 압력 매체를 압송하는 1개의 펌프(15)에 의해 우회되고 있다. 상기 차단 밸브(11)와 펌프(15)는 전자 제어 장치(23) 및 호일 회로 특성을 감시하는 센서(24)와 함께 차량의 차축의 유압식 작동 브레이크 시스템을 위한 안티록크 장치를 형성하고 있다(제1도).

제1도는 앞 차축에 형성된 유압 작동 장치의 뒷차축에 형성된 전기 작동 장치를 구비한 브레이크 유닛의 회로도가 도시되어 있다.
Claims (1)
- 가로 주행 차량, 특히 승용차에 이용되는 안티록크 브레이크 장치를 구비한 브레이크 유닛(1)에 있어서, 후차륜에 대응하는 전기식 작동 브레이크 시스템과 ; 앞 차측에 대응하는 유압식 작동 브레이크 시스템과 ;브레이크 관로(5, 7)를 거쳐 앞 차측의 유압식 호일 브레이크(6, 8)에 접속되어 있는 페달 조작되는 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)와; 호일 회로 특성을 검출하기 위한 센서(24) 및; 호일 회로 특성에 관련하여 앞 차축의 유압식 호일 브레이크(6, 8)에 대응하여 압력 변조기를 제어하는 전기 제어장치(23)를 구비하며, 상기 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)는 2회로식으로 형성되며, 각 브레이크 회로(I, II)의 앞 차축의 호일 브레이크(6, 7)에 연결된 브레이크 관로(5, 7)에 전자 작동식 차단 밸브(11)가 배치되며, 무전류 상태에서 흐름 위치를 갖는 상기 차단력 매체를 압송하는 펌프(15)는 상기 곤로(14)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가로 주행 차량, 특히 승용차에 이용되는 안티록크 브레이크 장치를 구비한 브레이크 유닛.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
