Abstract

Un freno de estacionamiento electronicamente controlado para un vehiculo automotor comprende un dispositivo (35) de encendido para generar una senal electronica de activacion, un dispositivo (35) de aflojamiento para generar una senal electronica de desactivacion, un dispositivo (25) de control electronico procesando esta senal mencionada, una fuente (14, 16, 21) de fluido de presion y modulos (2) de freno que pueden conectarse con la fuente (14, 16, 21) de fluido de presion opcionalmente mediante valvulas (11, 12) interruptores para generar fuerzas de frenado sobre las ruedas del vehiculo automotor en cada caso con una primera camara (34) de presion que esta contigua a un elemento de tension del modulo de freno respectivo, que puede conectarse con un cilindro (23) principal de freno mediante un circuito (22) de freno de servicio, y con una segunda camara (9) de presion que esta contigua al elemento de tension del modulo de presion respectivo, que puede conectarse con la fuente (14, 16, 21) de fluido de presion mediante un circuito (17, 18, 19, 20) hidraulico separado. En por lo menos una parte del modulo (2) de freno, el elemento de tension respectivo tiene dos pistones (4, 5) de presion separados dispuestos en posicion coaxial, uno de los cuales limita la primera camara (34) de presion y entre los cuales esta formada la segunda camara (9) de presion, siendo que la fuente de fluido de presion comprende un acumulador (16) de presion para la acumulacion del fluido de presion, un generador (14) de presion para el llenado del acumulador (16) de presion y un deposito (21) de fluido y siendo que unos sistemas (11, 12) de valvulas estan dispuestas en el circuito hidraulico, mismos que son controlados mediante senales de control del dispositivo (25) de control, para la conexion opcional de la salida de presion del deposito (16) de presion con la respectiva segunda camara (9) de presion de los modulos (2) de freno de ruedas y para la conexion opcional de la respectiva segunda camara (9) de presion de los modulos (2) de freno de rueda con el deposito (2) de fluido.
