Claims (5)
- 리저버에 저장되어 있는 브레이크액을 이용하여 액압(掖壓)을 형성하는 마스터실린더와; 상기 마스터실린더의 입력단과 연결되어 운전자의 답력(踏力)을 증폭시켜 상기 마스터실린더로 전달하는 브레이크페달과; 상기 브레이크페달에 설치되어 상기 브레이크페달의 변위를 측정하는 변위센서와; 차량의 전륜에 설치되어 액압(掖壓)에 의해 제동력을 발생시키는 유압식 제동장치와; 상기 마스터실린더와 상기 유압식 제동장치 사이에 설치되어 상기 유압식 제동장치에 공급되는 액압(掖壓)을 조절하는 유압조절장치와; 차량의 후륜에 설치되어 전기모터에 의해 제동력을 발생시키는 전기식 제동장치와; 상기 전기식 제동장치를 제어하는 제1제어유닛과; 상기 유압조절장치를 제어하고 상기 제1제어유닛과 통신가능한 제2제어유닛;으로 이루어진 차량용 복합제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유압조절장치는 상기 유압식 제동장치에 별도의 액압을 공급할 수 있는 유압원과, 상기 유압원에서 공급되는 액압을 상기 유압식 제동장치로 유입시키는 유입밸브와, 상기 유압식 제동장치의 액압을 상기 마스터실린더의 리저버로 귀환시키는 유출밸브와, 상기 마스터실린더와 상기 유압식 제동장치 사이의 유로를 개폐시키는 차단밸브와, 상기 마스터실린더와 상기 차단밸브 사이의 유로에 마련되어 상기 브레이크페달의 답력을 형성하는 페달감 형성장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복합제동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 유압원은 전기모터와, 상기 전기모터에 의해 구동되고 상기 마스터실린더의 리저버에 저장된 브레이크액을 공급받아 고압으로 토출시키는 적어도 하나 이상의 펌프와, 상기 펌프에 의해 토출된 고압의 브레이크액을 저장할 수 있는 어큐뮬레이터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복합 제동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 차단밸브는 노멀 오픈형 솔레노이드 밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복합 제동장치.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 마스터실린더와 상기 페달감 형성장치 사이에 노멀 클로즈드형 솔레노이드 밸브가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 복합 제동장치.
