- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置であって、ペダルにより作動可能な2回路式の の非常ブレーキ圧源と、該非常ブレーキ圧源から圧力媒体供給可能なホイールブ レーキと、非常ブレーキ圧源からホイールブレーキに延びる2回路式に敷設され た非常ブレーキメイン導管と、ペダルによって電気的に制御可能な動力ブレーキ 装置とが設けられており、該動力ブレーキ装置が、リザーバから圧力媒体供給可 能な少なくとも1つのポンプと、該ポンプによって負荷可能な動力アキュムレー タと、非常ブレーキ圧源とホイールブレーキとの間で各ブレーキ回路につき、ブ レーキ圧源選択のための制御可能な弁装置と、ブレーキ圧調節のための電気的に 制御可能な少なくとも1つの別の弁装置と、ペダルによって制御可能なブレーキ 圧目標値発信器、ならびに、該ブレーキ圧目標値発信器に接続された制御装置と を有しており、該制御装置が、動力源のエネルギーからブレーキ圧を形成しかつ 該ブレーキ圧を変化させるために、前記少なくとも1つの別の弁装置を制御する ようになっている形式のものにおいて、 ブレーキ圧源(6,23)の選択のための前記少なくとも1つの弁装置(29 ,30)が、対応する非常ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)を、リザーバ(7 )に通じる戻し導管(59)に向かって開放するために 配置されており、さらに、動力源(23)の圧力媒体の更なる案内下でブレーキ 圧を調節するための前記少なくとも1つの別の弁装置(37,38,39,40 ,37a,37b,37c)が、非常ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)とホイ ールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)のうちの少なくとも1つに接続されていて 、前記弁装置(37,38,39,40,37a,37b,37c)が該弁装置 の少なくとも1つの電磁石(71,73,87)の無電流の状態では非常ブレー キメイン導管(12,13)とホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)とを接 続し、かつホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)を動力源(23)から離反 させ、さらに、動力ブレーキ運転中にはホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11 )を、ブレーキ圧上昇のためには動力源(23)に接続して、ブレーキ圧低下の ためにはリザーバ(7)に向かって開放可能な非常ブレーキメイン導管(12, 13)に接続するように、弁装置(37,38,39,40,37a,37b, 37c)が配置されていることを特徴とする、油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 2.ブレーキ圧源選択に役立つ弁装置(29,30)が、通常開放位置を有す る2ポート2位置弁(54)を非常ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)内に有し ていて、通常閉鎖位置を有する2ポート2位置弁(56)を有しており、該2ポ ート2位置弁(56)が、非常 ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)に接続されて、戻し導管(59)に向かって 開放可能である、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 3.2ポート2位置弁(54,56)が座弁として形成されており、通常開放 位置を有する2ポート2位置弁(54)の弁座側のポート(A)が、非常ブレー キ圧源側で非常ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)に接続されており、通常閉鎖 位置を有する2ポート2位置弁(56)の弁座側のポートが戻し導管(59)に 接続されて、該戻し導管を通ってリザーバ(7)に接続されており、通常開放位 置を有する2ポート2位置弁(54)を迂回して、非常ブレーキ圧源(6)に向 かって開放可能な逆止弁(65)を備えたバイパス(64)が配置されている、 請求項2記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 4.ブレーキ圧源選択のための弁装置(29a)が3ポート2位置弁(85) として形成されており、該3ポート2位置弁の通常位置では、非常ブレーキ圧源 (6)が少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)に接続され て、制御位置ではこのホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)が、非常ブレー キメイン導管(12,13)の長さの一部と戻し導管(59)とを通ってリザー バ(7)に接続されている、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 5.3ポート2位置弁(85)が座弁として形成さ れており、非常ブレーキメイン導管(12,13)に、非常ブレーキ圧源(6) に向かって開放可能な逆止弁(65)を備えた、3ポート2位置弁(85)を迂 回するバイパス(64)が配置されている、請求項4記載の油圧式の車両ブレー キ装置。 6.動力ブレーキ運転中にブレーキ圧を調節するための弁装置(37,38, 39,40)が、非常ブレーキ圧源(6)と少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ (8,9,10,11)との間に設けられた、通常開放位置を有する2ポート2 位置弁(70)と、このホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)と動力源(2 3)との間に設けられた、通常閉鎖位置を有する2ポート2位置弁(72)とか ら成っている、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 7.2ポート2位置弁がプロポーショナル方向切換弁(70a,72a)とし て形成されている、請求項6記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 8.動力源(23)使用下でホイールブレーキ圧を調節するための前記少なく とも1つの弁装置が、3ポート3位置弁(37b)として形成されており、該3 ポート3位置弁が通常位置において、非常ブレーキ圧源(6)を少なくとも1つ のホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)に接続し、第2の位置においては、 前記少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)を非常ブレーキ メイン導管(12,13) と動力源(23)とから分離させて、第3の位置においては、前記少なくとも1 つのホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)を動力源(23)に接続させるよ うになっている、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 9.前記3ポート3位置弁が3ポート3位置プロポーショナル弁(37c)と して形成されている、請求項8記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 10.少なくとも1つの方向切換弁(70a,72a,37a)が座弁として 形成されており、該座弁に、組み込まれた逆止弁(74)を備えたバイパス(7 5)が配属されており、逆止弁(74)が非常ブレーキ圧源(6)から、少なく とも1つのホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)に向かって開放可能かつ通 流可能である、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ 装置。 11.動力源(23)が、分岐部(41)と後置された2つの逆止弁(50; 51)とを介して、弁装置(37と38,39と40,37a,37b,37c )に接続されている、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ。 12.分岐部(41)と各逆止弁(50;51)との間に、通常閉鎖位置を有 する各1つの2ポート2位置弁(44;45)が組み込まれている、請求項11 記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ。 13.2ポート2位置弁(44;45)を迂回して、組み込まれた絞り(48 ;49)を備えたバイパス(46;47)が設けられている、請求項12記載の 油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 14.非常ブレーキ圧源(6)が、ペダル移動距離シミュレータ接続弁(53 )の形式の、通常閉鎖位置を有する2ポート2位置弁によって、動力ブレーキ運 転中に有効なペダル移動距離シミュレータ(52)に接続されている、請求項1 記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 15.ブレーキ圧目標値発信器(35)が、距離センサまたは旋回角センサの ような、ペダル(3)に機械的に連結されたセンサとして形成されている、請求 項14記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ装置。 16.動力ブレーキ運転のために規定された制御装置(36)がさらに、アン チロック、駆動時スリップコントロール、前輪と後輪相互間の制動力分配、車両 ダイナミクスコントロール、および、ペダル(3)の操作に対して比例的な電気 的な減速コントロールの機能モードのうちの少なくとも1つを付加的に制御する ために発展させられている、請求項1記載の油圧式の車両ブレーキ。
