Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マスターブレーキシリンダと、このマスターブレーキシリンダと協働するシ ミュレータと、電子式制御ユニットによって制御可能な圧力源とを備え、この圧 力源の圧力を車両の車輪ブレーキに供給可能であり、車輪ブレーキが分離弁によ って遮断可能な少なくとも1つの接続部材を介してマスターブレーキシリンダに 接続可能であり、更に、減速に関する運転者の希望を認識するための装置と、車 輪ブレーキの前または後に接続配置された各々1個の流入弁および流出弁と、車 輪の回転状態を検出する車輪センサとを備えている、自動車のための電子制御可 能なブレーキ操作装置において、圧力源が連続的に調節可能な少なくとも1個の ピストンシリンダユニット(20,30,40)として形成され、このピストン シリンダユニットの圧力室に、流入弁(12,13,16,17)を介在して車 輪ブレーキ(7,8,9,10)が接続されていることを特徴とする電子制御可 能なブレーキ操作装置。 2.ピストンシリンダユニット(20,30)の圧力室が圧力室の方に開放する 逆止弁(22,32)を介して低圧アキュムレータ(23,33)に接続され、 車輪ブレーキ(7,8)が流出弁(14,15)によって低圧アキュムレータに 接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装 置。 3.流入弁(12,13,16,17)と流出弁(14,15,18,19)が 、通常は閉じている(SG)電磁操作可能な2/2方向制御弁として形成されて いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置 。 4.駆動される車軸の車輪ブレーキ(7,8)がマスターブレーキシリンダ(2 )の各々1つの圧力室(5,6)と、単一回路の各々1個のピストンシリンダユ ニット(20,30)に接続され、駆動されない車軸に付設された車輪ブレーキ (9,10)がピストンシリンダユニット(40)にのみ接続されていることを 特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装 置。 5.ピストンシリンダユニットがデュアル回路として形成され、第1の車軸に付 設された1個の車輪ブレーキと第2の車軸に付設された1個の車輪ブレーキが第 1の圧力室に接続され、第1と第2の車軸に付設された他の車輪ブレーキが第2 の圧力室に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載 の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 6.圧力源が単一回路の2個のピストンシリンダユニットによって形成され、第 1のピストンシリンダユニットの圧力室に、第1の車軸に付設された1個の車輪 ブレーキと第2の車軸に付設された1個の車輪ブレーキが接続され、第2のピス トンシリンダユニットの圧力室に、第1と第2の車軸に付設された他の車輪ブレ ーキが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の電 子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 7.ピストンシリンダユニットがデュアル回路として形成され、一方の車軸に付 設された車輪ブレーキが第1の圧力室に接続され、他方の車軸に付設された車輪 ブレーキが第2の圧力室に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいず れか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 8.圧力源が単一回路の2個のピストンシリンダユニットによって形成され、第 1のピストンシリンダユニットの圧力室に、第1の車軸に付設された1個の車輪 ブレーキと第2の車軸に付設された1個の車輪ブレーキが接続され、第2のピス トンシリンダユニットの圧力室に、第1と第2の車軸に付設された他の車輪ブレ ーキが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の電 子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 9.ピストンシリンダユニット(20,30,40)が液圧シリンダ(33,3 4,35)によって形成され、この液圧シリンダのピストン(36,37,38 )が可逆の直流モータ(39,41,42)によって操作可能であることを特徴 とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 10.ピストンシリンダユニットが液圧シリンダによって形成され、この液圧シリ ンダのピストンが弁によって制御される空気圧または液圧で作動させることがで きる直線駆動装置によって操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の いずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 11.マスターシリンダが操作ペダルによって操作可能である、請求項1〜10の いずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置において、減速に関する 運転者の希望を認識するための装置が、操作ペダルの操作変位を検出する変位セ ンサ(43)と、マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)内の液圧を検出する圧力セン サ(44)との組み合わせによって形成されていることを特徴とする電子制御可 能なブレーキ操作装置。 12.シミュレータ(54)が作用の点から操作ペダル(1)とマスターブレーキ シリンダ(2)の間に設けられた圧縮ばね(56)によって形成されていること を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操 作装置。
