Abstract

본 발명은 창, 문, 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시에 관한 것이다.
내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시된, 불을 향한 측면상에서 지지 프로필로서, 화재시 금속 프로필에 제공될 것으로 예상되는 온도 보다 낮은 용융점을 가진 경금속 프로필, 특히 알루미늄 프로필이 사용될 수 있고, 미리 주어진 안전 시간 동안 상기 경금속 프로필의 용융이 방지되도록 구성되어야 한다.
본 발명에 따라 알루미늄으로 제조된 금속 프로필을 덮으며, 수분함량이 높은, 열보유, 친수성 흡착제로 이루어진 플레이트 또는 그밖의 성형몸체 또는 수분 함량이 높은, 열보유, 친수성 흡착제를 포함하는 플레이트 또는 그 밖의 성형 몸체가 상기 금속 프로필의 외부면 및/또는 내부면에 고정된다.
반응온도에 도달시 열 보유 플레이트 또는 성형 몸체가 금속 구조물을 냉각시키는 결정수를 방출시킨다.
본 발명은 내화, 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕에 적용된다.

Claims (21)

  1. 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시에 있어서, 알루미늄으로 제조된 금속 프로필을 덮으며, 수분함량이 높은 열보유, 친수성 흡착제로 이루어진 플레이트 또는 그밖의 성형 몸체 또는 수분함량이 높은 열보유, 친수성 흡착제를 포함하는 플레이트 또는 그밖의 성형몸체가 상기 금속 프로필의 외부면 및/또는 내부면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경금속 프로필은 금속으로된 중앙 부품(3)을 포함하며, 상기 중앙 부품에서 알루미늄으로 제조된 외부 부품에 비해 열 흐름이 줄어드는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속 프로필의 중앙 부품은 알루미늄으로된 외부 부품 사이에 금속으로된 연결대(13,15)를 포함하거나, 또는 단지 금속으로된 연결대만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 금속 프로필의 중앙 부품의 금속 연결대(13,15)는 한 단부 또는 양 단부로 관련된 외부 부품의 고정 홈내에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 경금속 프로필의 중앙 부품이 중앙 부품의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 연장된 적어도 하나의 플라스틱 스트립(33) 및 금속 연결대(36)로 이루어지고, 상기 연결대는 서로 평행하게 그리고 경금속 프로필의 종축에 대해 횡으로 뻗으면, 금속 연결대의 기저부 프로필은 플라스틱 스트립(33)의 리세스(36)내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열 보유, 친수성 흡착제가 백반 및 황산칼슘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 열 보유, 친수성 흡착제가 칼륨 백반 및 황산 칼슘으로 이루어지고, 상기 칼륨 백반이 황산 칼슘 매트릭스내로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열 보유 플레이트 또는 그 밖의 성형 몸체가 50% 이하의 칼륨 백반 및 50% 이하의 변성된 황산 칼슘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 경금속 프로필의 중앙 부품이 하나의 또는 다수의 평행하게 뻗은, 특히 알루미늄으로된 시트 스트립으로 이루어지고, 상기 시트 스트립은 임의의 형상의 펀칭에 의해 열 흐름 감소를 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 펀칭열이 교대로 서로 변위로 삼각형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 중앙 부품을 형성하는 시트 스트립이 단부(11)를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 단부는 경금속 프로필의 외부 부품의 홈 내에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 보유, 친수성 흡착제로서 플레이트 또는 그 밖의 성형몸체가 경금속 프로필의 두 외부 부품에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 높은 수분 함량을 가진, 열 보유 재료로된 플레이트 또는 그밖의 성형 몸체가 경금속 프로필의 두 외부 부품 또는 한 외부부품 및 중앙 부품에 또는 중앙 부품의 챔버내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 경금속 프로필의 외부 부품이 알루미늄으로된 폐쇄된 또는 개방된 중공 프로필로 형성되고, 높은 수분 함량을 가진 열 보유, 친수성 재료로 이루어지며 상기 중공 프로필을 부분적으로 또는 완전히 채우는 성형 몸체가 중공 챔버내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 하나의 또는 2개의 외부 부품의 폐쇄된 또는 개방된 중공 챔버에 및/또는 중앙 부품의 폐쇄된 또는 개방된 중공 챔버에 열 보유 재료로된 성형 몸체를 배치하는 것에 부가해서, 열 보유 재료로된 덮개 플레이트가 경금속 프로필의 외부 부품의 외부면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 샤시를 형성하는 경금속 프로필의 외부면에 고정된 열 보유 재료로된 플레이트가 폐쇄된 샤시의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  17. 제13항 또는 15항에 있어서, 성형 몸체의 외부 층에 직물, 바람직하게는 유리섬유 직물이 매립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  18. 제14항, 15항 또는 16항에 있어서, 시트 덮개(50)가 플레이트형 성형 몸체(47,48,49)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  19. 제1항 내지 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에너지 흡수 성형 몸체(25,26,27,28)의 위치가 금속 스프링(29)에 의해 금속 프로필의 관련된 내부 챔버내에서 안전하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  20. 제1항 내지 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 문의 샤시와 여닫이 사이의 브레이스 포울드에서, 리세스을 갖춘 금속 스트립(4)의 앞에 온도 부하하에서 팽창하는 재료로된 내화 스트립(31)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
  21. 제1항 내지 20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 프로필에 배치된 성형 몸체의 반응 온도가 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 창, 문, 건물 정면 또는 유리 지붕용 내화 금속 프로필로된 샤시.
