Abstract
본 발명에 관한 박막자기헤드에 있어서는, 기판상에 적층된 한쪽의 박막자기 코어를 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막으로 구성하고, 박막자기코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 전류를 흐르도록 한다.
또, 본 발명에 관한 자기저항효과형 자기헤드는 자기저항효과소자를 협지한 한쌍의 실드코어의 한쪽을 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막에 의해 구성하고, 자기저항효과소자와 한쪽의 실드코어와를 전기적으로 접속하여 센스전류를 한쪽의 실드코어에도 흐르도록 한다.
여기서, 자기저항효과소자를 통해 한쪽의 실드코어에 흐르게 하는 전류로서는, 직류의 센스전류와 함께, 한쪽의 실드코어를 소자(消磁)하기 위한 점차 진폭이 감쇠되는 교류전류를 흐르게 하는 것이 바람직하다. 또, 이 전류의 향은 한쪽의 실드코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 하고, 자화용이축방향에 발생하는 자계에의해 이 실드코어의 자기특성을 안정화(소자)하는 것이 바람직하다.
또, 본 발명에 관한 MR 인덕티브헤드에 있어서는, 동일 기판상에 형성된 MR헤드와 인덕티브헤드의 공통자성체인 제2의 박막자기코어를 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막에 의해 구성하고, 이 제2의 박막자기코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 전류를 흐르도록 한다.
본 발명은 박막자기코어 및 실드코어의 자구(磁區)구조를 안정화(소자)하여, 헤드출력의 향상을 도모할 수 있고, 또한 구성도 비교적 간단히 완료되는 박막자기헤드 및 자기저항효과형 자기헤드 및 MR 인덕티브헤드를 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 기판상에 적층된 한쌍의 박막자기코어의 전방단부간에 자기갭이 형성되고, 최소한 한쪽의 박막자기코어는 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막으로 이루어지는 박막자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 박막자기코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 전류를 흐르도록 한 박막자기헤드.
- 자기저항효과소자와, 이 자기저항효과소자를 협지하는 한쌍의 실드코어와, 상기 자기저항효과소자와 상기 한쌍의 실드코어의 한쪽을 전기적으로 접속하는 비자성도체를 가지고, 상기 한쪽의 실드코어는 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막으로 이루어지는 자기저항효과형 자기헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항효과소자를 통해 상기 한쪽의 실드코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 전류를 흐르게 하는 구조로 한 자기저항효과형 자기헤드.
- 제1의 박막자기코어와 제2의 박막자기코어간에 자기저항효과소자가 배설되고, 자기기록매체와의 대접면(對接面)에 면하여 재생용 자기갭을 구성하여 이루어지는 자기저향항효과형 자기헤드와, 상기 제2의 박막자기코어에 의해 폐자로(閉磁路)를 구성하는 제3의 박막자기코어가 이 제2의 박막자기코어상에 적층되고, 이들 박막자기코어의 전방단부간에 자기기록매체와의 대접면에 면하여 기록용 자기갭을 구성하는 유도형 박막자기헤드가 동일 기판상에 적층되고, 상기 제2의 박막자기코어는 2매의 자성막과 그 중간에 협지된 비자성막으로 이루어지고, 이 제2의 박막자기코어의 자화곤란축방향으로 전류를 흐르도록 한 복합형 자기헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
