Abstract

약효성분, 탄수화물 및 상기 탄수화물의 입자표면이 습한 정도의 수분을 함유하는 조성물을 압축성형으로 타정한 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 수득될 수 있는 신속 용해형 정제.
약효성분은 예를 들면 비타민, 위장약 또는 해열 진통 소염약일 수 있다. 탄수화물은 당, 전분당, 락토스, 꿀, 당알콜 및 사탄당을 함유한다. 가할 물의 양은 약 0.3~10중량%이다.
상기 신속 용해형 정제는 적당한 강도 뿐만 아니라 우수한 붕괴성 및 용해성을 갖는 다공 구조를 갖는다.

Claims (36)

  1. 약효 성분, 탄수화물 및 상기 탄수화물의 입자표면이 습한 정도의 수분을 함유하는 조성물을 압축 성형하여 타정하는 것을 포함하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약효성분 및 상기 탄수화물을 함유하는 혼합물에 상기 탄수화물의 입자표면이 습한 정도의 수분으로 수분을 함유시킨 후 압축 성형하여 타정하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 상기 약효 성분을 0.05~90중량%의 비율로 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약효 성분으로서 비타민, 생약, 해열진통 소염약, 항불안약, 최면 진정약, 위장약, 진해 거담제, 혈압강하제, 당뇨병용제, 골다공증제, 또는 골격 근육 이완제를 사용한 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비타민이 비타민 A, 아세트산 d-α-토코페롤, 디벤조일티아민, 염산 푸르술티아민, 리보플라빈 부틸레이트, 염산 리독신, 아스코르빈산, L-아스코르빈산 나트륨 및 아세트산 히드록소코발아민으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 1종 이상인 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 상기 탄수화물을 10~90중량%함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 수용성이 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 당, 전분당, 락토스, 꿀 당알콜 및 사탄당으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 1종 이상인 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 슈크로스, 글루코스, 말티톨크실리톨 및 에리트리톨로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물의 평균입자 크가가 1~100㎛의 범위에 있는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 추가로 붕괴제, 결합제, 산, 발포제, 인공감미료, 향료, 윤활제 및 착색제로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 첨가제를 1종 이상 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 수분을 0.3~10중량%의 비율로 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 3~160kg/㎠의 압력에서 압축 성형하여 타정하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약효성분의 유효량, 수용성 탄수화물 및 0.3~7중량%의 수분을 함유하는 조성물을 5~130kg/㎠의 압력에서 압축 성형하여 타정한후 건조시켜 20~80%의 공간율을 갖는 다공성 정제를 제조하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 0.1~10중량%의 상기 약효 성분 및 50~85중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 10~30중량%의 상기 약효 성분 및 20~80중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 30~70중량%의 상기 약효 성분 및 1575중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 당, 전분당, 락토스, 꿀, 당알콜 및 사탄당으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 수용성 탄수화물 1종 이상을 20~85 중량% 함유하는 조성물을 8~50kg/㎠의 압력에서 압축성형하여 타정하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 0.5~3중량%의 물을 함유하는 조성물을 8~50kg/㎠의 압력에서 압축 성형하여 타정하는 신속 용해형 정제의 제조방법.
  20. 약효성분, 탄수화물 및 상기 탄수화물의 입자표면이 습한 정도의 수분을 함유하는 조성물을 압축성형하여 타정하는 것에 의해 수득할 수 있는 신속 용해형 정제.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 공간율이 20~80%인 다공 구조를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 2~25kg의 경도를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 공간율이 30~70%이고, 경도가 3~20kg이며, 붕괴시간이 0.05~3.0인 다공구조를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  24. 제20항에 있어서, 공간율이 30~70%이고, 경도가 3~20kg이며, 붕괴시간이 0.05~3.0 분이고, 낙하 충격 강도가 0~70%이며, 구강내 용해성이 0.05~3.0인 다공구조를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  25. 제20항에 있어서, 0.05~90 중량%의 상기 약효성분 및 10~90중량%의 상기 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  26. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 약효 성분으로서 비타민, 생약, 해열진통 소염약, 항불안약, 최면 진정약, 위장약, 진해 거담제, 혈압강하제, 당뇨병용제, 골다공증제 또는 근육이완제를 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  27. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물로서 당, 전분당, 락토스, 꿀, 당알콜 및 사탄당으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 1종 이상을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  28. 제20항에 있어서, 붕괴제, 결합제, 산, 발포제, 인공감미료, 향료, 윤활제 및 착색제로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 첨가제를 1종 이상 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  29. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 약효성분의 유효량, 10~90중량%의 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하며, 공간율이 20~80%인 다공구조를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 0.1~10중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 10~30중량%의 상기 약효성분 및 30~80중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  32. 제29항에 있어서, 30~70중량%의 상기 약효성분 및 15~75 중량%의 상기 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하는 신속 용해형 정제.
  33. 상기 약효성분의 유효량, 수용성 탄수화물 및 0.3~7중량%의 수분을 함유하는 조성물을 5~130kg/㎠의 압력에서 압축 성형하여 타정하고 생성된 정제를 건조하여 수득할 수 있는 제20항에 따른 신속 용해형 정제.
  34. 약효성분의 유효량 및 수용성 탄수화물을 함유하며 경도가 2~25kg이고 공간율이 20~80%인 다공구조를 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  35. 제34항에 있어서, 3~20kg의 경도 및 30~70%의 공간율을 갖는 신속 용해형 정제.
  36. 제34항에 있어서, 탄수화물의 입자 표면이 습한 정도의 수분과 경도 2~25kg을 갖게 하는 성형 압력으로 상기 탄수화물을 서로 접착시킨후, 상기 수분을 제거한 신속 용해형 정제.
